Food was ok. Presentation looked good but the taste was ok. Nothing special. Service was nothing special either. Waited until we were ready to leave to get a refill on my drink. My gf got a plant based fried chicken sandwich which was 4 chicken nuggets on a bun. Kinda disappointing. They asked us if we wanted some ranch on the side but wish they would have told us it was 1$ extra and not found out when the check came. Also the table they sat us at was still kinda sticky. We will be back to try the arcade n stuff but probably won't eat here again.

My boyfriend and I typically enjoy visiting Uptown and love Red Embers, even do pick up often! Unfortunately Thursday November 9th when we went to pick up our food, and an individual by the name of Chase was excessively rude and spoke to us as if we were incompetent individuals. As paying customers and members of the community this situation was very disturbing and ruined the experience that we so frequently enjoy. I’ve never met an unprofessional staff member on any of my encounters, until tonight. It would bring us sadness to invite family and friends to this establishment, unknowing if this individual or others that speak in such demeaning manors were to be the ones to serve us. Sincerely disappointed and have reached out to the location, but have yet to hear back.

Absolutely terrible service. The place was grossly understaffed despite weeks of forewarning that we were bringing a large group. The menu was deceptive, or these people simply don't know the meaning of the word domestic. Altogether an extremely poor experience that will certainly not be repeated.
Aporox. 100 people attended my group's HH, and they had 1 or 2 servers handling the group. Poor planning and poorer service.

Bar was very expensive.Only 3 of the 7 sinks in ladies room worked. Only one had soap. Rental shoes had sticky soles and the velcro straps didn't fasten. With the exception of the bartender the staff could careless that customers existed.

Should be a 0 star, but Google doesn’t allow it for whatever reason. Walked in at 4pm, party of 7. We waited 40 minutes and asked multiple times (5x) to get a waiter or some level of service. Only until we asked for a manager did someone meander on over. We ended up going to Native and being helped within minutes of sitting down. In addition, a group of 5 walked in 30 minutes after us ant Ember’s and an employee walked over within minutes. Not surprised to see terrible reviews by others. If the service is this bad, can only wonder what the food must taste like..

Food was horrible, tasteless. My man ordered Korean beef soft corn tacos, and there was nothing soft about them! He couldn't even eat them. I ordered the uptown burger, no flavor, just not good. The only thing that was good was the loaded quesadilla. And expect to wait awhile for the food to come out. Also, when I asked what kind of mixed drinks they had, the waiter said, I don't know, I'm not an alcoholic
