Service was great. Place needs an overhaul. Very old thought the table had crumbs but the dark wood was very chipped. Lobster bisque had no lobster. It was like eating tomato soup for $15.
Andrea was the best. Very patient and honest! Quick service and care. Food was excellent!! Good value wine !
It was lack luster. The food not really hot, portions for the price and freshness not sufficient. Shrimp and lobster texture not horrible, but not great for a platter that is really for 1 possibly to share for $49.99. The price truly absurd for 1 lobster tail, small scampi portion, 4 Walt's shrimp, 1 snow crab cluster, maybe a half cup broccoli and same for rice pilaf. Seemed short like conservative due to Christmas (not at all what the menu photo displayed). We ordered to share but left hungry and disappointed. We were there with my elderly parent and things just missed the bar for a Christmas dinner. To top it off we had a $50 gift card and was told by server (soft and kind) tried to redo the checkout ; and then an older woman supervisor staff member (abrupt and not with a soft kind delivery)... stated “there was nothing on the gift card” stated it was never loaded. Embarrassing for my elder parent. We left, I called the back of the gift card and it was loaded for $50. So a meal for 3 about a $100 w/o tip. Hospitality and food need to step up. It's just not worth going out anymore. However, our server was pleasant and kind. Someone needs to train on how to take the gift cards that are for 4 different restaurant options. Because the card was fine. The leadership needs tact.
My husband and I came to dinner last minute and Andrea welcomed us with open arms. Andrea was amazing! There was never an empty glass, she was very attentive and even made sure I had enough spice for my seafood boil. 12/10 service, will be back 100% because of ANDREA !!

Thought we would drift into Red Lobster 🦞 and enjoy a good meal since our wives are in Las Vegas visiting family. We have been to the Red Lobster on Bell Rd. several times but this time has to be the best experience ever. Matt, our waiter was exceptional and never missed a beat in taking care of us. His service was impeccable and his total demeanor was pure excellence. He took our order and everything was right the first time and I must also complement the chef on his preparation of the shrimp scampi and the shrimp linguine Alfredo. The meals were prepared with care and were served hot. The stuffed mushrooms were also on target. They were served sizzling and just delicious. Between the meals and the service it couldn't get any better. Matt was great.

Beginning to price like fine dining but definitely not fine dining. They were out of thousand island dressing. How does that happen? Just not an impressive experience. Not bad, but not good.

Andrea was our server. This woman was born to do this. So kind, fun and efficient. I wish every server was like her. Absolutely exceptional!! I will definitely be back.

The last time I was in Red Lobster was 10 years ago and I vowed to never return. My guest wanted to go there so I broke my vow. Dina provided OUTSTANDING service. She was very attentive and very pleasant and tried her absolute best to provide an enjoyable dining experience, but the food was subpar. It was bland, overcooked,
tasteless and unappetizing. The cheddar bay biscuits were smaller than I remember. On a Friday night, there was always a wait time of at least 45-60 minutes. I was seated immediately at 7 p.m. There was maybe 15 people in the entire restaurant which is indictive of its declining food quality. Very disappointing experience.
