Ordered a Wiskey River BBQ chicken wrap. Used to love them and my friend and I used to go to Red Robin a couple times a week. I haven’t had one in several years. I’m sorry I decided to have one again. There was so little BBQ sauce on the chicken you couldn’t taste it. It was truly overloaded with mayo. Did it not used to be made with ranch dressing? Small amt. of lettuce. If it weren’t for the over abundance of mayo it would have been very dry. Instead it was just tasteless. The young lady at the take-out counter was very sweet and helpful. Too bad the food didn’t live up to the publicity.

Walked in to a freak show last night starting with the hostess with a huge black bullring looking thing in her nose. Bunch of gothic looking people and then of course service was bad appetizer came with dinner . Very subpar food for red Robin ,.messy to. Maybe I will try the goodyear location next time. Need a dress code or better hiring practices. Very upsetting.

Great Red Robin's! Good prices, good atmosphere, great burgers and mixed drinks. Always clean and friendly. Kiddos love coming here too because they have balloons and coloring menus and endless fries. Overall, I would recommend to anyone.

We received the absolute best customer service at the Surprise, AZ location. From Jeremy, to our waitress Aubry, to the gentleman who brought our food. Everyone was so kind we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Went to this location with the family wanting to enjoy a nice New Year's Eve lunch. Sat on the patio....pretty much forgotten about on the patio! Everything we asked for took forever. We had to ask for silverware when we clearly had salad. We also had to ask for napkins. Part of my lunch was missing and when she finally brought it to me 15 minutes later she laughed and asked if I still wanted it. What?! Don't expect bottomless fries; took over 30 minutes. Ended up leaving without them. With the amount of money you spend now days to eat out as a family, this is completely unacceptable. Will never go back.

Our visit last night 12/30 was extremely slow for 5 people. Tables empty yet not seated for 20 minutes. We heard a staff member say it was because the kitchen was behind. We had multiple mistakes by our server. We were there for over 2 hours. Sad because we've had trouble like this a year ago when we went. In the ladies room there are artificial flowers on the sink that were there last year. Looking old and frankly unsanitary being by three of the sinks. The toliet in Handicap stall wasn't flushing properly. Food was tasty but asked for extra fries for 3 of 5 with burgers they came after all the plates were cleared.

Really great service, our server and the manager walking the floor. Really great food. I love that I don't have to order an appetizer if I don't want to because they will bring my fries first. The burgers are so well done. I think Red Robin is YUM!
