Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Unlimited sides? Heck yes. Everything was super tasty, highly recommend the mushroom burger! Service was fantastic even on a weekday night.

We use to go to RR in Peoria. We now go to this one, much better. We sit in the bar, last two times we had Hailey wait on us and she was great, good service , friendly attentive. Cheese Sticks were tasty as was rest of order. Salad , burger. We do not go here to eat healthy lol. Anyway just wanted to give a nice shout out. There for late lunch early dinner.
Went to Red Robin again for late Saturday lunch yesterday,, again Hailey was working the Bar,, best server you have in the place,, friendly and very good service.... Thanks

Excellent service and food.

Sorry, but my son, who likes almost anything, didn't like the bbq nachos, and my salmon was too salty...the crust was too much. But our service was still very good.

Ordered backyard bbq pork burger the bacon was soggy not cooked,the pork was fatty,the onion straws where not crispy and the burger was soaked in there whiskey sauce. There was no flavor and I ordered extra fries and did not get extra. When I eat in it usually good but I would not recommend take out.

A good family place, servers were great. Music was too loud to talk and sometimes tv comercials were not appropriate for children. Even though I understand that is not their direct responsibility they actually select the channels.

Every red robin we've been to so far has been great! Food is always tasty, wait staff is always friendly. Great place for kids too.

Blair was our server and she was so attentive my wife and I have two under two and we never go out to eat last night was amazing. Love this place.

Always has such great burgers and fries

The service we received was great and the food was top notch. We were able to get a table for 10 without waiting which is amazing and there's nothing we can think of that wasn't top-notch or above our standards. Will definitely be back.

We went as a group of 11 and it wasn't that busy. Got seated right away, but it took quite awhile to get a waiter to take our order. Finally got service, ordered our food and it took FOREVER to get it. We saw it sitting under the warmer and finally had to say something. Server gave a lame excuse like we couldn't see it sitting there. One of the dishes was wrong, the fish & chips was tough, and my salad was warm! What a disappointment.

Went there for father day and food was greasy and are waitress never came around someone else brought are food and I you never came by so how was the food or nothing like that and I still typically $10 when I shouldn’t tip or nothing cause she didn’t do nothing

I placed my order through the mobile app and went to the restaurant for pickup. The girl who handed me my order was unfriendly and unprofessional — she didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and acted like she was in a terrible mood. Honestly, her attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable.

To make things worse, she didn’t include napkins or utensils, even though I specifically requested them in my order. The drink was poorly made, tasted bad, and wasn’t even presentable — it looked sloppy and rushed.

On top of that, the portion size was noticeably small, and definitely not worth the price I paid.

I’ve always enjoyed Red Robin in the past, but after today’s visit, I no longer feel inclined to return. It’s disappointing to spend money and receive this level of service and food quality.
