Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This place is overpriced, I was given a tour and they cook their food on conveyor belts, seriously the place is nothing more than a burger factory like, definitely not worth 17$ a burger.

Came here for my birthday lunch. Food was alright, already at room temp by the time we got it, service from our waiter was horrible. Never checked up on us, had to constantly wave him down when we seen him chit chatting with coworker, missed giving us some of our ordered items, and NEVER came back to grab any trash or ask if we needed boxes. Used to be my favorite location, now definitely need to find a new location.

My wife and I visited this particular Red Robin. Yesterday was Veteran’s Day and they offered veterans a free meal. We usually go to Applebee’s for the Veterans Day celebration. We are also Secret Shoppers and were assigned to this Red Robin to shop. This could either be by corporate or a competitor. We are never told. This gave us an opportunity to visit a restaurant chain that we have always enjoyed.
We used their Call-Ahead service which went smoothly. We arrived half an hour early and it was not bust so we were seated right away. It took more than 10 minutes for our server, Rachel, to greet us and ask what we were interested in for our meal. She did ask if anyone at the table was a veteran. I said yes. She left and later returned with the Zucchini Fries we had ordered for an appetizer then departed without a word. We had no napkins or utensils. We waited for about 5 mins for her to return but she did not. So, I asked a bus boy that was clearing a table next to us for help. He was helpful and gave me napkins and forks.
The manager was the person who brought us our meals. Pleasant enough. After she left, my wife determined that her Sweet Potato Fries were not warm. They were barely room temp. Full disclosure; the burgers and my regular fries were nice and hot. It took quite a while for our server to return where we informed her of the cold fries. She said that she would put in another order. By the time those fries arrived, we were finished with our meal. When she brought out the new order of fries, her comment was “Here are your EXTRA HOT order of fries.” Then she turned and took off to help another customer, leaving my drink empty without asking if I’d like a refill. I get it. There is no money in water, but a meal out is not just about how much one spends.
The manager came by and asked how everything was. I asked her if she was the manager in which she said yes. We told her about our experience. She was displeased and gave us a card for a free appetizer, dessert or milkshake for the next time we dined with them.
After flagging down our server to bring us our bill and asked her to please bring a box for what my wife couldn’t finish, she showed me that the charge for my meal was subtracted as part of the Veterans Day Meal Deal. I paid with my card through the POS machine located on the table and selected for the receipt to be printed. Eight minutes later our server showed up with the To-Go-Box. I asked her where the receipt was going to print out. She chuckled and said that we would be here for another three hours if we were waiting on the machine. I asked how I could get a receipt. She answered with “I’ll have to go and get it if you really want it”. I said yes please. After 10 minutes when she didn’t return, we left.

My husband and I came to try the $9.99 burger deal 😋 This is a double patty cheeseburger with one unlimited side and beverage of your choice. We chose the house salad as our side. We both really liked our burgers with no complaints; hot, juicy and perfect amount of toppings that included thousand island dressing. It actually reminded me of the classic Big Boy from back in the day in Michigan! The servers were friendly and very efficient. My only complaint is we sat outside on a perfect day and it was pretty dirty; the vinyl table covers had not been cleaned from the day before and the cement patio really needed to be swept and mopped.

I Went In For The Fish & Chips and WOW They Were Amazing! Chandler Was A Great Waiter We Laugh Every Time He Came To My Table. Great Food, Great Service and Atmosphere!

Zack was a great waiter food was great. Only complaint was Oscar the manager was a little smelly. Could smell his breath from the booth. Not trying to be rude just don’t want to smell BO and breath while eating.

I had the fish/chips, very good. Staff were great, even manager came over and introduced himself and stated that if we had any issues/questions we was available. Hailey( waitress) was great and we got our food hot and rather quickly.

This trip the service was horrible. We waited for a very long time to get served. We finally had to get the manager to take our order. The burgers came out but only 1 had fries. The fries for the other burger came out after the burger was finished. The food was great but everything else was unacceptable.
