We were looking for a place that serves breakfast a little later in the day. We chose Richi's Diner on Bell in Surprise. It was very good. The portions were large. The servers were very efficient and friendly. I had an omelet, which was cooked just right. They balanced out the ingredients not to overtake the eggs. In other words, I could find the eggs in my omelet. I also had the pancakes, which were good, but I don't understand why they don't serve them with warmed syrup. My husband had the steak and eggs and the steak was flavorful. The plates were really large. The soda water was free, which is good.👍

Family-owned gem in Surprise and shouldn't be overlooked! Great home cooked food, reasonable prices for the quality and portion sizes, and every staff member there takes pride in their role at Richi's.
I've only been there a few times in the last five years but plan to make this a more frequent stop, even if its just a quick coffee meeting. The coffee is pretty good by the way!

The food is great. Last time I ate there we sat outside and it was very pleasant. This morning I went there. I was told I can’t eat outside because of waitresses is by herself. They were only two other tables at the time. Maybe I’m being too demanding but it’s one of the few places that has a nice area to sit outside and eat breakfast
