I always use the drive thru. Since they have a new gentleman operating the window it's been an easier ordering experience. As of the past 6 mo or so the huevos rancho breakfast platter has been great just like my husband likes it with the corn tortillas under the veggie mixture and eggs. We have always said we liked going there, but it was hit or miss, but as of late it's been great.

Rivas is always a hit or miss, they're either really good, or really nasty. I guess it depends who the cook is. Same with the drinks too, sometimes the Horchata can be made perfectly, or sometimes it's watery, you taste more water than horchata.

A close friend of ours threw a birthday party for his wife and the original catering company never showed up. In a panic we started calling around to see if any Mexican restaurant would be willing to save us and help us feed 40 hungry people. The owner of Rivas accepted the challenge and asked for an hour to get it all done. When we arrived to pick up the food we were shocked to see ONE man in the kitchen cooking up an absolute storm. His nephew was working the front counter but...
