Not only did our server ignore us, but when my wife asked if the chicken curry was spicy, the server said no. Turns out, it was very spicy for her. We waited for a long time and had to get up and ask for a to go box and our check. Once we got our check, I said politely, your service is not up to par and the host laughed at me. We did speak with the manager about this and she did apologize. We feel for the money we spent, the service should be better. We will not visit this place again.

I was recently sick and wanted some soup so I decided to try Saigon kitchen. I got a combination soup and I added some vegetables to it. Definitely good broth a nice amount of meat that was given to me in the broth also worth the vegetables I wish I could've been a little bit more, but it was a great portion for what it was. The dining area was clean and very upscale look to it, so it was nice and comfortable service was also great We had a party next to us that had a bunch of appetizers that looked amazing. I'm deafly coming back to try some of those out they do have an app happy hour that I will have to check out

We enjoyed our dinner at the Saigon Kitchen. The service was prompt and our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant was tastefully decorated and the noise level was acceptable. I chose surf and turf fried rice. It was very good and a large portion leaving me plenty to take home for an additional meal. We will be back.

Arrived and was quickly seated however I waited over 15 minutes just to have someone offer me water; It was not one of their busy nights. After bringing our water, the server took an additional 25 minutes just to place our order. Good news is our food came out relatively quickly and tasted good.We tried to order a glass of ? and it was INSANE just getting our server to acknowledge us. Ended up asking a different server and the wine was brought over 10 minutes later.I think they just need to work on their communication and their service.***For those wondering- this establishment now offers military discount***Went back for another visit and the Saigon dessert was under cooked, food was served tepid. I had to get up and ask for water after not being given water and I served my table the three glasses.Owner wasn't there and I won't who the heck was in charge

One of the nicest places to eat. We sat in the lounge which has a lovely and intimate atmosphere. Andy our waiter was knowledgeable about wine and added a level of sophistication to our experience. This is now one of our favourite places to go.
