Im not sure if the staff is new. But they are not prepared to take more than 2 customers at a time. Lines builds up extremely quickly and the wait is very long. Only reason i decided to review this location in particular is because for the layout being as efficient and accommodating as it is. Its sad to see employees lacking any kind of enthusiasm or even a welcoming tone. I asked how their day was and all i got was a “your total is $” and then received the wrong order while being asked if i was sure about what i ordered ? Unfortunate but i caught them being aware of the wrong order and just laughing about it then giving me my order hoping i wouldnt notice ? No sorry, have a nice day or a youre welcome. Please work on your staffs customer service as this place could really stay busy if employees were more compassionate/ attentive or even kind for that matter. God bless !

Food is very delicious, when you can get it. Absolutely horrendous over the past couple of weeks, extremely slow. 10 minutes plus in the drive thru slow, ridiculous. Only go if you're not trying to stay on time.

We love salad and go, but today got home with our salad and opened them both to find this. I would still recommend salad and go but not the one on Bell in Surprise. There is no way someone put an avocado on a salad and did not know it was rotten.

I used to love this place but the prices have gone up while the salads and chicken wraps have gotten smaller. I read the story on the owners and from my understanding they wanted to make good salads for a good deal, but now the salads aren't so much of a good deal these days, after purchasing a salad and donating a dollar tip, your looking at just under 9 bucks for a medium salad. Too bad.

Came here for the first time today. I ordered the Greek wrap with steak for the protein, and an Arnold Palmer (Mango green tea). It’s all ‘To Go’ either through their drive-thru, or pickup. Once home the wrap was enjoyed for the flavors, and steak. Lettuce, feta, olives, tomatoes, onions, and tender beef. What they could improve upon is wrapping the wrap better as it fell apart midway. The drink had a lot of ice. It was half filled by the time I had drank the contents; so it had more ice than that as the ice melts. When I ordered I swear I asked for easy ice, but that doesn’t show on the receipt. Learn and live. My check total came to $10.95. A fair value. I don’t know how often I’d come here. Wish there was a sit down dining area; or one outside when the weather is nicer.
Update/Followup: Interesting exchange in emails. You’re sorry at first, and offer $8 off online using a promo code. It’s only good for 14 days. It also requires creating an account. Who wants another username and password? To wit I explained. You then responded with an e-card of $10 off for my next visit. Somehow the thinking is more important on your rating than it is customer satisfaction. The issue is customer service. It’s on you if you want to buy my next meal. Will it resolve the fact of poor assembly of a wrap; or jamming a cup full of ice? I would have been content on a free beverage to my liking of “easy ice.” The wrap was good, just poorly assembled. And the egregious amount of ice that limited how much beverage there was leaves the question of the 24oz beverage. Being a ‘Drive-thru’ and ‘Pick up To Go’ affords no dine-in experience; with a chance of a free refill. Not my idea of dining out. Even the Chick-fil-A on Waddell affords outside dining, and free refills for one’s beverage. Customer Service isn’t that hard or difficult. It starts with treating others how you wish to be treated. Attention to details shows the care. Good luck. I might return one day to see if anything has improved. If it does, I’ll definitely edit this review to reflect it.

The management here SUCKS! It seemed like no one had any clue what they were doing or what their jobs even were. I asked to speak to the manager and knew exactly what I was getting as soon as I saw the giant Hello Kitty pin on her hat. She is super loud mouthed with a very faked nice attitude, it was painfully forced. In fact, I was even confused why she was working there because it looks like she’s never eaten a salad or any vegetable in her life. She was out of breath and breathing hard into my car after walking 10 feet to the mobile window and coming back to the window I was at. Overall horrible experience, manager is trash. Girl who took my order was sweet though.

Do not order the Autumn salad. The Brussels sprouts are disgusting and the other “toppings” do not go well with the buffalo chicken. Yuck.

The person who took my order was so sweet and helpful. The hummus and pita chips were out of stock as I was making my order, but by the time I went to pay they restocked. It was a very easy transition to go from items a la carte into the bundle. Give Emma a raise ASAP! Also, the hummus slaps 🥗

This location absolutely rocks. From their killer breakfast burritos to the fresh, crisp salad bowls, everything hits the spot every time. The staff? Total pros, they slay and always keep things moving fast and are the friendliest. Affordable, tasty, and consistent. Salad and Go has become a regular stop for me, and this spot sets the bar high.

Don't order the Tuscan Summer Salad. The tapenade in it is loaded with pieces of olive pits. Threw the salad away as they were mixed all through the salad. What a waste
