I need the workers to pay more attention when making their food Especially for people who don’t eat meat

Salad and go is my Jam!! Prices are spectacular! I usually get the bundle. Breakfast burrito (high protein), Salad, and a drink for 10.99. Can't beat that! My go to choice for the bundle... Southwest burrito w/ green sauce, autumn salad w/ chicken, and the Arnold Palmer with unsweetened mango green tea. Service is always quick and they are the friendliest team in town. My order has never been wrong. Shout out to the Cactus and Reems location. The team there is amazing!

This is our go-to fast-food stop. The customer service is always outstanding, the employee's are always nice and greet you with a smile. The quality of the food is always outstanding and we've never had any issues or mistakes happen thus far. Unlike other Salad and Go restaurants, this particular one never has a long line to wait in, getting your order is a breeze. Ordering online for pickup is also very simple and helpful, plus it makes ordering for multiple people fast and easy.

I'm sorry but this place has gone downhill REALLY REALLY badly since I moved here in September 2021. I remember it being so delicious and cheap. Now within I'd say the last 6 months to a year it's REALLY gotten bad. I ate at this location on October 5th i had a roasted Autum salad and it tasted rotten. Tried it give them another chance at the Goodyear location when I was in the area on Black Friday shopping. I wanted to try the new chicken and the salads were only 6.00 so I said why not? My BBQ ranch was nasty and cold. The chicken was gross and it tasted rotten. The lettuce was wilted. I left a bad review and the company made it right so I went to try the food again at this location. I got the autumn salad and no Brussel sprouts, the chicken was thin and slimy and nothing tasted fresh. It was so gross I threw away half my salad. I hate to say it but 3 strikes your out! I will keep going to Angie's prime grill, but salad and go i can't do it. The food is so nasty now!

The NEW Slow-Roasted Pulled Chicken is terrible (fatty/mushy). It was so gross that three of us had to throw out our salads. We sadly won’t be back until the chicken is changed to something not so sloppy. We have regularly bought salads from Salad and Go for years.

went here last night at around 7:50 ik it’s a little late to get food but that’s when i was off of work and i got extremely sick from the chicken in the salad. my stomach hurts so bad and ive thrown up numerous times this is the 2nd salad and go i’ve gotten sick at i will not be returning to salad and go again.
