Terrible coffee. I ordered a simple iced coffee with heavy cream and its over kill with the heavy cream my iced coffee is basically milk with a splash of coffee. The coffee drinks I've ordered before also tastes watered down. Go else where.

I am just learning about Scooters Coffee since moving to AZ a short while ago. With that being said, it is hands down 1,000% better than SB and DB in my opinion. I ALWAYS finish the entire drink. The only downside, the drinks aren’t available in larger sizes! I could drink a gallon in one setting. Dramatic, possibly. True, 1,000%. The girls are always so friendly at the drive through window. My daughter and I now have a weekly date to Scooters. We love it!

I ordered a latte with skim milk and they were out which was fine; I just canceled my order - didn’t receive anything. But the employees claimed they “couldn’t give me a refund” and said I had to contact corporate. I contacted corporate and they said they’ve been trying to contact this location for over a week now to get them to give me my refund and no one is answering. They just keep giving them more time and no one is answering or refunding me. At this point, this is theft since I paid and received nothing and haven’t been refunded. Don’t come here unless you’re ready to be stolen from.
My first time here... Always wondered about this place, if they have good coffee. Not just good flavors or variety, but good coffee. I love the taste of coffee. So I decided to stop and have a little tasty taste. Aliana was the lovely young lady who helped me and I asked for something with Pumkin, iced and to surprise me!!! Well she not only surprised me, she shocked the shit outta me!!! 🤣 She made me an iced coffee with pumkin & Carmel, almond milk, whipped cream and cinnamon on top!!! It was literally the best pumkin coffee I've had in a long time!! She told me "My Treat!!" Bless her heart, she didn't have to do that. So I shared a homemade oreo cooking cupcake with her that I had just bought from Big Ant's Bakery!!! I will definitely be stopping by again when I'm in the area. And I hope Aliana gets acknowledged for being a great batista & excellent customer service!!!

Employees are rude and don't question them because they won't give you the answers. There 3 for Tuesday has unwritten rules and according to the employee don't expect to discuss anything with the manager/owner cause cashier says she is not usually there. Coffee was great but service was really lacking and rude. Maybe they need some or a lot of customer service training and a manager in store to ensure customer satisfaction. I might not go there ever again. The one on bell that is. Maybe they don't care if the have guests or maybe they don't want to make it.
Vegetarian options: I don't know their vegetarian options just that coffee is vegetarian.
Parking: Plenty of parking because they never seen to be busy and it is mostly drive through.
