Stopped in for the first time since it was on my way to where I was going. Service was fast and staff was friendly but my hot latte taste burnt. $6.25 for a burnt latte that I threw in the trash. Disappointed.

Gave 2 stars because usually it's wonderful. Especially Monday-Friday mornings and those would be 5's each time normally. Today I went at about 6:50-6:55. I've been there before 7:00 on a Sunday before, and yes- recently. The window sign and google site both say open at 6am. They were both just standing around talking. No answer at drive thru or walk up. Multiple cars went thru. When I saw people started to work I asked if the hours were no longer valid, she said "we open at 7 on Sunday. " I informed her that everything says 6 and that's unacceptable. She got snippy and said she would tell the manager. So here I am telling you in case she doesn't.

Ordered the energy drink. The taste was fine, but it was almost nothing but ice. A bit overpriced for how much drink you actually get.
I love a good Matcha drink ✨ I haven’t tried the rest of the menu yet, but the customer service is on point.

Coffee that I ordered was very good but 1 of the Coffees was incorrect. They cheerfully corrected this. Staff is very nice but the drive-thru was quite slow.

I was coming to this location and getting a cold brew coffee with sugar free flavoring and half/half or heavy whip (whatever they had available). They are very friendly and it was going well for awhile. Then I had a day where my coffee was very bitter and there was no flavoring put in it. I threw away my $7 coffee. Then the next two times I came the coffee was once again so bitter I couldn't stand it. I threw out the coffee and decided I was done wasting my money. I came back the first time and the woman rolled her eyes at me when responding to my concerns. I didn't come back the other two times. I just decided to stop throwing away my money. It's a shame because the man who works here almost daily has great customer service and creates a place you want to return to. It's not enough though to pay for a product I won't drink. That combined with the response I received when I came back that first day and I'm done.

I don't typically give 1 star reviews but this place honestly has the worst coffee I've ever had ANYWHERE! I've been twice now, I got the same drink both times, (a vanilla cold brew with cream) it was extremely watered down and hardly tasted like coffee, I wanted to give them a second chance before reviewing them hoping it was a fluke thing, I hope this review helps this place to improve

Every time I go through the drive up window. They see my dog in the back seat and ask to give him a "pupcup". I say yes. It's peanut butter with some whipped cream and a couple of dog biscuits. He definitely loves that!
