Extremely over priced. My 13 year old burger was 12 dollars alone. We got 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries and it was over 30 dollars. No drinks in that price. They offer water fo you to help yourself that isnt even cold, nor no ice. The fries tasted awful like the oil was old, it had a fishy thick taste. The burger was so greasy the bottom bun was completely soggy. You couldn't pay me to eat there again. I still have a horrible taste in my mouth from the oil used to fry the fries. Don't waste your money.

Me and the wife decided to try this place out for the very first time apparently somebody put in an order for 40 burgers before us so we got to wait a long time only to get these micro hamburgers which I was surprised considering how we ordered two combo meals that were $40 safe to say I will not be coming back here the burgers are decent but definitely kids size , And no we did not order kids meals LOL... replying to the reply I just got in regards to sending you an email with a receipt and other information I don't think anybody who's leaving you a less than average review is going to go through trouble if emailing you any information as it won't actually accomplish anything that and the fact that we're leaving you a review should be enough for you to learn from your mistakes or issues ( not that you'll do anything about it ) = like make normal size burgers for the price. but I can't give you a receipt because the girl at the window today didn't give me one as I'm sure most of the people have experienced as well and the fact that we're leaving it at the specific location should tell you which location it happened at and people are going to leave the review most likely the same day as they have the experience / problem and for me it was 30 minutes prior to this review

Always such a disappointment when companies decide to go cheap to increase profits... 😮💨 The reason people liked your food was because it was fresh and well made. Switching from fresh, marinated chicken to frozen pre-made bites tells you everything you need to know about how companies do not care about the customers. All they care about is profit, profit, profit.

This was my first time to a Shake Shack and I used the drive-thru, which was efficient, though I have to say that the food was very average. I expected more, especially since I paid $16 for a fast food cheeseburger and fries. It simply isn't worth that.
Shake Shack never disappoints, and this location is one of my favorites. Their onion rings are absolutely amazing — super savory, crispy, and not greasy at all. I also love their chicken bites, always fresh and flavorful. The drive-thru here is surprisingly fast, and the customer service is consistently friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or treating yourself, the food quality is always top-notch.
The entire location is very clean, including the restrooms, which I appreciate. I usually stick to the drive-thru, and every visit has been smooth and efficient. Really glad I stopped by again — highly recommend this Shake Shack to anyone looking for great food, quick service, and an overall excellent experience!
