I bought a large carrot cake for Christmas with my neighbors The carrot cake fell apart after cutting it like I was instructed. The frosting was SO Sweet, the icing looked great but The little ornament candy was hard as rock. The cake was Pricey but disappointed when we cut it. The pieces we gave To each person looked not so pretty.

We had a quick elopement and needed a cake in 2 weeks. Not only did they come through with flavor but the cake was beautiful! Better than I ever dreamed. We had an up themed wedding reception and the cake was everything I wanted it to be.

I was promised by Hanna on September 22 to get a military discount applied to the order. She stated that the owner had the capability to do so from her cell phone and would change it that day. That Hanna would text the manager right away. I never asked for my order to be canceled. You canceled on me as your only resolution. Since you were not willing to work with us anymore, you left the only option to agree to cancel the order.I asked how can I trust to follow through when I have had 2 staff promise me follow-up and no follow-up happened in over a week.Ordered a wedding cake, I was promised to have military discount taken off by Hanna, they never did. Two different staff at the store promised the discount would be refunded. Manager canceled our order, still have not received refund of $271.78The owner was very rude and her only suggestion was to cancel the order. She wouldn’t cancel it and ring it up again with the correct pricing. Owner was belittling and did not seem to care at all about customer explaining the situation. The owner was too busy on vacation to care about customer service.

My son just celebrated his third birthday and we ordered his cake from Small Cakes of Suprise. All I can say is this was the best cake ever! The cakes was super amazing and delicious. It was all everyone talked about during the party and the number one question I got during the party was, “Who made it?”. I will definitely be ordering again year after year for my little one.

This is the sweetest place.. great cupcakes. Made daily! Doesn’t get much better then that!! Yummy choices! Prices are fair! Great great customer service. Boxing is super cute! And clean

Unfortunately I didn't get to eat any as they were a "thank you" to my seamstress team. But judging by their responses, I'd say they were a big hit! Thank you Smallcakes for another amazing batch of cupcakes ?

I love my Smallcakes! I go to any one I can while traveling and have been to 10 locations... this is one of my 2 favorites. The variety they have is always good and the cupcakes are just outstanding. Staff has always been friendly. Always good for a pupcake too!

Just went in for Super Bowl cupcakes and Hannah was amazing!!! So sweet and helpful and the cupcakes are awesome!!!I’m so happy to have this place in town! I’ve lived in Surprise for 14 years now and there’s nothing like it! I haven’t tried a cupcake that isn’t absolutely delicious and the ice cream is heavenly!! The staff are always friendly and inviting. It’s my new regular stop for a treat.

This place is awesome. I stopped in after craving something sweet.. the young lady working was very helpful and Patient.. Everything is baked fresh daily.. just about $6.oo per cupcake.. I only eat half a cupcake at a time. Their larger than your normal cupcakes.. my favorite is lemon berry.. but it's not an everyday made cupcake.. so I preorder for early pick up the next day. But you must purchase at least 6 when pre-ordering. Or you can walk in and order 4 cupcakes for $19.00 selective choices.. minus tax. with tax $21.00 rough estimate. Thank you guys so much. This place is fantastic. I went looking specifically for mermaid cupcakes and they made exactly what I was looking for ON THE SPOT with very little wait time! I will definitely be back here

The cupcake was kinda dry on top and too sweet no flavor (caramel one). The icecream I tried (2 flavors) had kinda a freezer taste. The cookies and cream one was good though...

In my opinion Smallcakes is the best cupcakery in the country by a large margin. Every chance I can I go to one. This is one of the better ones because they always have a great variety of unique flavors. The staff is always spot on as well. I do wish they would post what they'll be making more on their website.

Ordered two cakes for my sisters baby shower! I will definitely be getting cakes here for big events going forward. The cakes were so delish and moist! The only complaint our guest had is that the berry filling was so amazing they wish it had been more generous. I did order two naked cakes but they had more frosting than anticipated, which is fine! Thank you so much! Just an update 11/22: my guest at this baby shower constantly ask where I got this cake from because they loved it so much!

We came in about a week ago to pick up a cake for my son who is joining the Air Force, and I have to say not only did the cake look good, but it tasted fantastic. There is no question, that if you want a really good cake, a top quality cake and this is the place to go. The people there are so friendly, the owner was very friendly with us and went over all these different types of cakes and prices and she was very helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
