Very happy with my order and time. Order came out quick and easy, my blast was cold and delicious and my tots were warm and fresh. Violet was very cheerful and very engaging. Great night

It is a scam. I ordered my drink with easy ice and I literally got only 10% of my drink and the rest was ice.

Went thru drive thru on litchfield love the food usually and service is terrific but I ordered a med onion ring, for 5 dollars I get 5 extremely small and almost burnt onion rings, I would have brought them back but was already home and didn't want to go back for that. What ever happened to getting ur moneys worth

Large onion ring bag was half empty and they were burnt. I asked for honey mustard, they read it off as being in the bag and it wasn't. The Jr burgers were smashed. The corn dog was old and chewy. The only good items were the mozzarella sticks and slushy. Terrible fast food for $31.

The salted carnal coffee had no flavor. The cherry lime aid was really bad and the breakfast burrito had no eggs. We called and Julie said we could get it replaced. We got the drinks and burrito fixes. Left and I went to check the burrito an it was covered in jalapeños and tomatoes the coffee was just as bad and the soda flat. Took back the fixed order and no longer wanted it anymore. Gave the food to the manager and nope can’t get money refunded yes we lost the receipts. Eve with a bank transaction. I would have been find with the order fixed but to do what they did. Poor customer service 100%

I came 9/23/25 at about 7:30 and I had the sweetest guy his name was Ethan. He was so fast and could tell he was working hard running around getting people's orders fast. Made sure I had everything I needed. Best service. Give him a raise!!

Today I stopped by Sonic and Chelsee and Violet both brought my order out to me together. Not sure if that’s normal but it made me laugh. Excellent customer service and the food was good.

I've been going to this sonic location for a few years now and I can honestly say their quality has definitely taken a turn for the WORST. Food hasn't been the same, very sloppily made. The drinks NEVER seem to come out right the FIRST time. Even after having them remake them they still don't taste good. I thought maybe it was just me.... So I started going to other sonic locations and I've realized that it's just this location that has POOR quality . Even the man taking my order tonight was rude. I had just barely pulled up maybe 15 seconds of looking at the menu in the drive thru and he had the nerve to tell me that I needed to pull up because we were taking too long. But there was NO LINE AT ALL in the drive through. And maybe only one car parked in a stall. There's something wrong with this location, team members, cooks, management, something.... BE AWARE!! GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR NORMAL CONSISTENT QUALITY EXPECTATIONS.
