Today I stopped by Sonic and Chelsee and Violet both brought my order out to me together. Not sure if that’s normal but it made me laugh. Excellent customer service and the food was good.

I've been going to this sonic location for a few years now and I can honestly say their quality has definitely taken a turn for the WORST. Food hasn't been the same, very sloppily made. The drinks NEVER seem to come out right the FIRST time. Even after having them remake them they still don't taste good. I thought maybe it was just me.... So I started going to other sonic locations and I've realized that it's just this location that has POOR quality . Even the man taking my order tonight was rude. I had just barely pulled up maybe 15 seconds of looking at the menu in the drive thru and he had the nerve to tell me that I needed to pull up because we were taking too long. But there was NO LINE AT ALL in the drive through. And maybe only one car parked in a stall. There's something wrong with this location, team members, cooks, management, something.... BE AWARE!! GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR NORMAL CONSISTENT QUALITY EXPECTATIONS.

Food and experience was horribly unacceptable. Wouldn't recommend anyone going to this location alot of other great food choices in the area. Very rude workers food was very poor didnt follow custom requests nothing was fresh and even down to my drinks weren't made correctly but was charged for every additional

This location has seriously gone downhill. My orders are never right anymore. Other night I waited an hour for shakes and today they couldn't be bothered to mix the slushie. It was literally ice with slushie syrup dropped in the middle. My daughter wanted the nerds in her slushie there was 2!! We poured out the drink to see if that was for real and 2! So sad because I loved taking my kids here for a treat. Guess we'll have to go across town instead right outside our neighborhood. Get it together

Everyone is always super friendly, and fast, and I have never had an issue until today. Mackenzie was my carhop today, and has the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed! She rolled her eyes at me 3 times, and got my order wrong. Everyone else there seems to be very helpful, and helped us right away, but Mackenzie looked like she hates her job and is very unhappy! I even watched her throw her head back, and dramatically sigh while she was handing out food to another car. She definitely needs to learn how to speak to people more respectfully…maybe she can learn from her coworkers, since they are always great!

WHY ARE THERE ADS FOR CREDIT CARDS AND LOTTERY TICKETS WHILE PLACING AN ORDER? I stopped ordering from Sonic when they started showing ads for random garbage during the order process in their app. Decided to give them another shot after a few months and they are still showing awful ads. I will not support this BS.
