I ordered a Reese’s Blast, and unfortunately, it was melted when they handed it to me, with only a small amount of Reese’s on top. I went back through the line and asked for it to be remade, but the second one was just as disappointing. I’m not sure if their machine was malfunctioning, but at the very least, they could have included the proper amount of Reese’s rather than just sprinkling a little on top.

Made an online order for pick up at this Sonic thinking it was going to be a fast option since I have to pass it on my way home from work. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for the food. Thought that's a bit strange since they're not even busy. I had ordered our kids grilled cheese hamburgers, and our littlest one actually started crying when she opened it up. It had nothing but some sauce lettuce and pickles on it & it was disgusting looking. It was so bad I had to return to the Sonic. Unfortunately, when I got there and asked for the manager, I was told, "You'll have to wait she's too busy to talk to you." I was so blown away by that it left me speechless. So I waited and waited, and after about 45 minutes, I decided I would just pull into the drive thru and block it until the manager came out. It worked very well actually, and the manager appeared rather quickly. She began to assert that I ordered it that way until I pulled my phone out and showed my digital receipt that had pictures of what I ordered. At that point, I was told they would remake the food. No, apologie, no compensation whatsoever, just a bad attitude and rude comments. Definitely avoid this Sonic it's not worth your money, even if they get the order correct the food coming out of that place is truly foul.

Ordered delivery and they have always been great but recently the quality has declined. I PAID for 2 sides of queso and they came in the tiniest cup and one had I’m not kidding a drop in it and the other look like you scraped the harder old cheese in to the cup instead of taking the time to go get more fresh queso. It’s gross and I’m not using it which is unfortunate because I paid for it. Do better.

I came in this morning to try the new buttery brew, I ordered it on the app and I guess the store didn’t have it yet. I didn’t order anything else, and woman who came out to talk to me and let me know if they didn’t have it was so sweet. She was so friendly and apologetic. And the store not having it was no big deal to me, but the customer service in handling not having it was just amazing. I didn’t catch her name but I just want to pass along a kudos because she was so nice and handled the situation perfectly. She recommended the new Dr Pepper sugar cookie instead which was fantastic so if she gets to read this, thanks for the recommendation!

Super small chicken filet on the sandwich, burnt corn dog and tater tots. Haven’t been to sonic in years and now I remember why. F- food quality and value. Would have been better off driving to the McDonald’s across the street.
Ordered a number 11 green chile burger, sat in the drive through about 15 minutes… they took three drive through orders out behind me… I just drove off… can’t say much for the food, seeing as I never received my order
