We went to Sonic on Bell Road because my son's school was holding a fund raising event. We arrived at about 5:15 on Wednesday evening, it was not particularly busy when I arrived. We placed an order for 3 cheeseburgers, which because my son has reactions to onions and my wife has a severe allergy to them, we ordered all with no onions. My son had a night class to attend, so we took the order to go. When he began eating his cheeseburger he realized that it had onions on it, so he stopped eating it. After checking mine, it also had onions. My wife's didn't have onions, but we ordered it without mayonnaise, and they put mayonnaise on it. When I returned to the restaurant the next morning Taylor was very helpful, but told me that after talking with the owner, that he was not able to make a refund, but could only give me a credit for a future purchase. With the quality of service that I received I have no future plans to visit this restaurant. He told me that the owner informed him that there is no way of refunding a receipt after the day of purchase.
