As if getting quality service and getting your order correct is that hard. 🙄 My mom ordered popcorn chicken and the chicken was practically burnt and hard. My dad ordered an M&M Sonic Blast and they gave him Oreo and Reese's Blasts instead. What am I supposed to do with that? They are far too sweet for me to eat. Thank you so much, Sonic, for listening to your customers. 🙄 Never again.

Our 2nd experience using the app was a BIG disappointment. The order errored out after the payment stage after two tries. A brief warning stated: don't retry without checking your email. Of course, no email ever came. Faced with the prospect of not getting food after driving 5 miles from home, I went through the drive through to explain the problem. The attendant did his best to get me what I ordered, but the delay was long, and they could not match the app price, even with Manager approval. I ended up spending 25 minutes outside the restaurant and paying $3 more for an order that was no longer hot. Satisfied only 1 for 2 on the app experience so far. I MAY give it one more chance.

There’s an older gentleman who works here with a red button up and a baseball cap who had a tray, closed himself in the dumpster area for several minutes, went back into the store and immediately went to touch the shake machine and make someone’s order without washing his hands. No idea what he was up to, but that’s pretty questionable and gross. We are here on Oct 26 at 9:20 pm

Sonic is Sonic. Great (fast food) burgers, good shakes, nice menu options. You pull up, order, and they bring it to you. It's fast.
As far as "fast-food" burgers go, it's one of the least "fast-food" tasting burgers you can get.

This by far is one of my least favorite Sonic locations in the area. If in a bigger vehicle like a truck or suv I highly recommend the drive thru over trying to park in the stall. Spaces are small and plenty of damage to the order screens from people hitting them trying to get to get in and out. Service is ok but not exactly friendly. Lot could use a little cleaning as well, but drinks are good, happy hour prices on the app great and food ok for fast and easy.
Parking: Small spaces to park and order . Larger vehicle use drive thru to ensure you can get in and out.
