I come/doordash to this Sonic by my house when I want it and one particular time I had a bad food order, (but it was due to me ordering something new and not liking it and the fries were a bit cold and not fresh) but every other time was a great experience. First off I called, ( how many fast food places answer now a days) and the manager Leona was very nice and very accommodating to my situation taking care of the issue promptly and with me in mind! She is the definition of what a manager looks like, someone who listens and takes care of the customer first! Also doing it without attitude or frustration because it wasn’t my fault! Great attitude and Great customer service from her! She deserves a raise!

Worst fast food experience we've ever had. The food was absolutely terrible fries where overcooked and old. Buns weren't toasted and were like they dropped on the floor meat wasn't smashed and disgustingly oily. I've been a GM for a Arbys before and this was just a very very sad experience would recommend staying away from the location.

I purchased Smashburger twice in a row. The first time, I had a double Smashburger and it was amazing, thick, juicy, and full of flavor. However, the second one was a letdown. It didn’t seem as thick, and the burger just felt like it was missing something. The ends of my hamburger were a bit hard and crispy, which took away from the overall experience. I didn’t enjoy it as much as I did the first time, so I probably won’t order it again.

Truth be told, my heart went out to the three individuals holding down the fort. There were two in the kitchen and one girl on skates keeping track of everyone outside—and there were some “real gems” impatiently waiting.
One jerk laid on his horn, disrupting EVERYONE who was trying to make do under the circumstances—continuously, while shouting from his car window.
Respect to the ones who remained and definitely to the girls who continuously toiled away under the scrutiny of the ungrateful.

so if the only thing i get is a slushy i feel it’s common courtesy to like idk wipe down the cup if you spill???? i don’t really want to be touching a sticky cup that’s dripping down the sides. honestly it’s not that hard, do better

My family and I went through the drive through, we were shorted one item. No problem it looks like teenagers are running the place so I'm giving grace. I'm then questioned about the item repeatedly, to the point that I'm feeling like they suspect I'm trying to steal. I asked for the manager and she was polite but mentioned that people try this all the time, but how about learning not to screw up orders rather than being accusatory, or put an adult in charge that knows how to speak to other adults.
