We ordered 3 burgers with onions and pickles only. We received 2 burgers with ketchup only. They overcharged us. They came back with the correct order and tried to charge $2.70 for the onions.

when ordering they either choose not to listen or just don't care when ordering food if you tell them no tomato they'll put tomato if you tell him no ketchup you're guaranteed to get ketchup when ordering drinks like the cherry limeade when ordering fairies good luck ever getting them they do not care

Went there because we where in a hurry to get served, because we didn't want to be late to an appointment. They were quick and tasty.
This occurred on Nov 22 at Sonic on Cotton lane. Normally it takes alot to give a negative review, but apparently management doesn't give a crap about the consumer.I ordered a medium combo. I pulled up to the drive thru and saw they were filling my cup as a large. I told the person I ordered a medium. This was already after taking my card and running it thru.I did receive my medium order and they asked to run my card again. I didnt receive a receipt and asked about the charge. The girl told me the new price was $10.50 (originally $11.49) I left and and ate the food which the fries were cold.I still wasnt feeling warm and fuzzy after that and checked my Chase account to see if I was charged 2x.well instead of seeing a $10.50 charge. It was now $11.82!!! The $11.49 did appear to be ran and cancelled. I called the store and asked to speak to the mgr. She told me she was and I explained what happened. I worked retail b4 and if an employee was doing upcharges w/o receipts, I would want to know. She took my info in and didnt seem to concerned. She told me she would go thru the charges and credit me the amount.Well guess who didnt credit me the amount.... So the $11.82 charge is still there. I figured to get a wider audience by posting this review instead of dealing with "the manager" who could give a ****.

I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with my recent visit to Sonic. The honey BBQ popcorn chicken I ordered was a complete letdown; there was barely any sauce on it, completely deviating from what was advertised. When I pointed this out, I expected an apology and a quick fix, but instead, I was met with resistance. They insisted on charging extra for the lacking sauce, which was not only absurd but also a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Even though they eventually agreed to add more sauce without the extra charge, the initial attitude and lack of attention to detail has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Sonic's negligence in ensuring their products match their advertisements and their dismissive approach to customer concerns are unacceptable.

I'm disabled and I had to step out of the car to push the button and request questions a couple of times from the same CarHop very professional very accommodating I highly recommend this Sonic I will be returning for more food in the future and I was a big tipperParking: Plenty of spaces available
