Ordered my drink, he rang it up wrong, but said he would make it the correct way. Got into my car and it wasn’t made correctly. Had to come back in and wait in a very, very, very, very very slow line. I can’t emphasize how long it took to get my drink fixed.

Been here 2 times each time my drink is disgusting. First time I was served ice and watered Carmel, I get a peppermint mocha just milk and way to much peppermint. It takes a special kind of stupid to mess up coffee.

Employee was grocery shopping and left the booth unattended until I had to get the Customer Service desk to call her over.She also told another customer that she couldn't make any more drinks after mine but they were still supposed to be open for another 35 minutes.

I just had a bad morning I was loading my groceries and dropped what was to be my mornings fckin savior a Carmel frap in the parkinglot all over the place cleaned it up and came back to buy a new one told him I was having a bad morning and I dropped it and he remade it without charging me I really appreciated this turned my morning around thank you so much for being kind to me.

It's unfortunate that Starbucks allows whoever it is to order it's inventory for this location. It's truly remarkable how often they can be out of the MAJORITY of the menu. A few weeks ago they displayed a sign claiming to be out of 15 items. Poorly managed and maintained. All a guy wanted was to get his wife her drink and this location constantly can't handle there inventory.
