Friendliest a Starbucks I've ever been in! And I'm from Seattle where there's a Starbucks every half block. Sometimes you get one friendly person at the front but I spoke to several of the staff and they were literally all like that. Definitely returning to this one! Drinks were made to perfection as well. Thank you!

Avoid this location at all costs. This is the worst starbucks location out of all in Surprise. When you had a certain drink for like 20-30 times already and you know what it's supposed to be like because every other Starbucks has made it the same way and yet when you tell them, they gaslight you.. he had to nerves to say like maybe every other starbucks has made it wrong!! Are you freakin serious?? The level of disrespect was unbelievable!! In all these years I have never gave Starbucks a review but today I absolutely had to. I spend every month $500-$700 at Starbucks and to be given an attitude like that it's very disappointing 😞

Please put back the traffic cones leading to the drive-thru here. This is causing upset and problems amongst patrons in the morning who are coming in the wrong direction. I come here all the time and I would love for you to rectify this problem immediately. Thank you. If not, there are plenty of places to go next door and nearby.
I ordered a grande flat white almond milk and got a 12 ounce, when questioned the size I was told that is a grande size. I paid $7.77 for this overpriced coffee. Never again Starbucks I’m done!
