Went at 11 am this morning girl taking my order was very short. I got to the window and she didnāt even greet me or talk at all. I typically tip everytime I go to Starbucks but she had such a bad attitude so I didnt. I hope they donāt have her interacting with guest.

If youāre ordering using a third party delivery app the employees there will intentionally stall the order. Corporate needs to check in on this. Leaving unsatisfied paying customers.

Iāve observed some changes at this Starbucks since 2020 that I wanted to share. In the evenings, the music can be quite loud, which makes it challenging to enjoy the atmosphere. Additionally, Iāve experienced some delays when trying to place my order, and my drink has occasionally been prepared incorrectly. When I brought up a recent issue and asked about any potential price difference for a corrected drink, the response was somewhat dismissive. The staff member remade my drink in the same cup by pouring out the previous one and placed it on the counter rather abruptly. As a long-time customer, I truly value this location and hope to see improvements in service and overall experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.

I ordered my drink in the store with no whipped cream only because they were out when I was ordering, however they found some while the girl was making my drink. The ticket said no whip but she didnāt catch that until the drink was done, my drink is made with whipped cream on the bottom and top of the drink, however instead of making a new drink she put the drink back into the blender, whipped cream and all and reblended it to hide the cream she put in it. WOW! Once my drink was received it was very runny and didnāt even taste like my normal drink, so I asked to have it remade. I know they remade it from scratch but it still doesnāt taste like any other cookie crumble Iāve gotten from many other Starbucks. It lacked flavor and I could not taste the coffee. Will not be returning to this Starbucks.
Parking: This parking lot sucks, have too many drive thrus side by side so the line of cars are always blocking the rest of the parking lot. Also on a Saturday the place is crazy busy and finding parking close to Starbucks was hard.

Well I went through this morning and had a pumpkin spice decaf hot it was good but I have had an upset stomach all day ever since. ? I really think itās the coffee āļø it made me feel bad.
I went this morning to get my coffee and I was having a rough morning I thought I was fine until I looked at my phone remembering it was my father in laws birthday. He passed away a week ago. I didnāt mean to cry and the lady at the window asked to hold my hand and pray for me. It was the sweetest thing I have ever experienced and I was thankful for her.

Carmel macchiato is always good. Service is hit or miss from day to day on speed and friendliness. I give it a minimum 1 star for atmosphere because tables are never clean indoor and especially outside. There is trash around and in the landscaping. The whole outside needs to be hosed down.
