Clearly the store facing customer is less valued. I stood for over 5 minutes waiting to place my coffee order. Then waited another 10 for it to be made. Can’t see where the service is? Faster to drive through, park and bring my coffee into the store? Don’t blame the staff. They clearly have their marching orders.
A tip? Ya. Take care of the folks inside the store first.

What an absolute nightmare, if you the only starbucks open either stop taking orders or have more people working. Waiting 2hrs for coffee is insane.

Worst chai tea I've ever had at any starbucks! I go daily wherever I am and this was extremely disappointing. I order Hot Venti Chai tea, extra hot, 7 pumps of chai. Was not hot, tasted purely like cream, no chai at all! Did not taste until I was some distance away or would have demanded my money back. Instead I threw it out because it was undrinkable.

Came to this location today to take my lunch. I'm an ups driver in the near by area. I asked for a water and was denied a water. Was informed I needed to order something. I told the girl that I would order a coffee towards the end of my lunch break so the ice wouldn't melt. Got denied again and was told the purchase needs to be made prior to getting water. Never in my career have I been denied water. In fact most times as a delivery driver we are always offered water because they understand we are in the heat all day. Manager came over and just voiced her excuses as to why they denied me and offered a $4 gift card. It's not about the money to me. It's the lack of customer service.

One of my UPS drivers stopped in to cool off and have their lunch today. Keep in mind, trucks have no a/c and it's 108 degrees with higher humidity- so when my driver asked for a water, he was DECLINED! He was told by two employees that they can't give free water without a purchase! My driver said he'd buy a coffee after his lunch (he brought in with him) and they still declined!

I've worked for UPS for 30 years and NEVER been told no to WATER. EVER.

I WILL BE PASSING THIS AROUND AT UPS AND ENCOURAGING ALL EMPLOYEES TO BOYCOTT STARBUCKS.

Today is Mother's Day, and I decided to treat myself to coffee and breakfast at 5:40 AM. However, my morning was quickly ruined by the attitude of the lady working today. When I arrived at the pickup window, the lady with glasses and purple or green hair seemed put off when I asked may I have a straws and Sriracha sauce please and she gave me so much attitude and was so mad and told me next time you need to order this at the speaker box and not at the window. This isn't the first time I've encountered rudeness from this Starbucks, and I'm at my wit's end. If they don't enjoy their job, perhaps it's time for them to consider a change. After all, serving customers is a fundamental part of working in the service industry. Unfortunately, the attitude and behavior of some workers in this industry can be quite disappointing, especially in 2025 how times have changed.
