Probably the WORST Starbucks I have visited in years. Service is the absolute slowest I have experienced anywhere. It is consistently dirty and always out of napkins and the usual amenities. In dire need of a management shake up. I will not return.

This location is often out of black tea and or lemonade. How is this possible on a consistent basis? They never have enough employees. Those that are working are very nice but not very speedy or efficient.

Do not stop here!1st, stopped to get my half drink which they do not participate in, 1st clue that I should have walked away.2nd, I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino and they gave me a mocha chocolate chip frappuccino. Had no flavor and didn't go back as I was already on freeway when I realized! Did I mention it was flavorless??

We don’t mind spending a little extra money on a good black tea. This was the 3rd time we came in to the Safeway location and got very weak black tea. The mixture was very watered down. The employees need to take lessons from the Fry’s or Bell Road locations. We will drive the extra mile and go to those instead. Will not be back to this location. 3-29-24 at 1pm.
