Today I stopped by and the manger Angel was very kind and felt like she took genuine interest in our conversation. My drink was delicious and so was my jalapeño chicken pocket ! As long as Angels manger I’ll be coming back it’s very rare to find genuinely good people in customer service these days and she just made my experience much more pleasurable!

Love to know employee will walk away while your standing there like they don’t see you. They also will not rinse out your cup if you purchase one to use for your drink. Nasty.

Visited this location on 1/18 and were out of brown sugar syrup, so naturally I can't get my favorite drink, tri3d again today 1/26 and still out of brown sugar syrup?? Seriously who does the ordering for this store.... do better your losing business

The slowest Starbucks time and time again. Have been here multiple times, all different times of day. There is usually a crew of 3-4 and if they went any slower they’d go backwards. And your drink is guaranteed to be incorrect at least half of the time but you probably won’t say anything bc it takes them so long to remake it. They are also regularly out of multiple options by 8am. Like skim milk, brown sugar, vanilla… Looking forward to the new one planning to open across the street as this is the worst Starbucks I have been to.

Today was a bit of an upsetting experience. I paid $1.25 for extra shots of espresso. And the girl that worked there literally made me hot oatmilk drink. Not a single drop of espresso. I went back trying to be kind because I understand there’s only two of them, but I must’ve bruised the ego of the girl that had to redo my drink because she wasn’t happy that she had to redo it. Smh. Starbucks charges so much, and for that?

Probably the WORST Starbucks I have visited in years. Service is the absolute slowest I have experienced anywhere. It is consistently dirty and always out of napkins and the usual amenities. In dire need of a management shake up. I will not return.

This location is often out of black tea and or lemonade. How is this possible on a consistent basis? They never have enough employees. Those that are working are very nice but not very speedy or efficient.

Do not stop here!1st, stopped to get my half drink which they do not participate in, 1st clue that I should have walked away.2nd, I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino and they gave me a mocha chocolate chip frappuccino. Had no flavor and didn't go back as I was already on freeway when I realized! Did I mention it was flavorless??
