Just wanted to share my experience with Kai and Nicholas , thank you very much for always being so kind and a pleasure to see daily . You guys are my to go Starbucks and I cannot say enough good things about the customer service you guys provide . I’m the customer who always gets four shots of blonde Ristretto, two brown sugar, three white mocha splash of oat milk and sweet vanilla cold foam . Thank you again.

This is the worst starbucks I’ve ever been too. Every time I try to order through the app it says certain Items are out of stock, but they actually have them when I order in person. They’ve never made my drink right, multiple times they’ve forgotten to put the syrup in the drink. One time I was watching them get the cold foam ready, and I watched the employee had additional heavy cream to the cold foam that was already being frothed.

Always make drinks wrong, if you go in person pmthey prioritize online orders and it takes 25-30 minutes to get one tea. They are always super rude and act like its annoying when customers come in. Its literally your job, I dont understand how this location is so bad. Its also never stocked and it always out of ingredients. Would not recommend going here, drive 10 minutes to another location

As I ordered a coffee at 6:40pm at the register the gentleman looked at me like “are you kidding me” I asked if they were still open? Irritably he responded yes but he couldn’t offer everything because they put everything away. Why say you’re open until 7? I remember waiting tables when I was younger and you stayed until the job was done. Customer service sucks today.

I swore off Starbucks everywhere else because they never make the drink good enough to be worth the $7 you pay for it. But I tried this one once and I was so pleasantly surprised, the guy working (wish I got his name) made such a good drink! And was very nice as well. The other couple times I’ve gone with different people working and it was still really good. I love that they actually give you extra caramel when you’re paying close to a dollar for it, which is something other Starbucks don’t seem to ever do.

Not to be a Karen but, DANG lmao. This is quite literally the worse Starbucks in surprise. The people that you guys hire always have the worse attitude, and are plain rude. Yikes 😳 I suppose it’s because they’re not allowed to accept tips, which is quite fitting for the customer service they provide. 😂 if you don’t like your job , find a new one! Hope your staff has better days lol

the 1star reviews are overreacting in my opinion. the customer service might not be great but that's because it's some people's first job, you have to get that. and the drinks are great anyways so are the cake pops i love them
If I can give this place a 0 I would. My first time coming horrible service after I waited 10 minutes they end up giving my coffee to someone else never coming back again.

This has happened twice now, but I have gotten a cup and have had enough stars and asked if I could pay using stars, and both times they said yes, and when I check later I see that the stars were not used despite what the employee on the register said and both times I had over 400 stars for a cup and both times they didn’t use the options for stars on the cup. Never going here again
