Waited in line for ten minutes as the Starbucks worker asked to the 2 people infront of me without doing a single thing to complete their order. Had to walk away. That was ridiculous

Did a Target pick up order and added Starbucks to it(love that addition to drive up orders)
They had to cancel my drink since they were out of lemonade
No worries, totally get it.
But they took the time to write sorry on of the bags of the bakery items we got. Just the little note to say sorry was sweet :)

I was just at this stratbucks and I feel like I was judged. My husband and I purchased a few tumblers and 2 venti drinks. Both drink were not made with love. For example, when i received the venti mocha cookie crumble, the lady that prepared it and gave it out gave me a nasty look and the drink, did not include the chocolate syrup and little to no cookie crumble! I was denied a big straw when I could see them behind her and her coworker knowing they were there and said nothing. We certainly did not have a great experience here.

The drinks are always good and correct but the employees could definitely be more friendly and quick. Every time I come here, they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them. No eye contact, no smile, no warmness. All kinds of personal conversations going on which gives the customers to feeling of a lack of urgency to quickly finish your order.

I love the baristas at this location. Anytime I go in there they are working their tails off to get customers their drinks quickly and correctly. However, they need help. It's hot in there specifically where they work. The sun glares through the new windows and it is not a good work environment for them. There should be window tint, blinds, or shades put up to help the baristas. This simply isn't acceptable for this establishment. If nothing is put on the windows they need either fans or a portable A/C unit. This company needs to do better for their baristas.
