Asked for 2 green tea frappuchinos and there was no flavor but ice and the whipped cream, it was green; however, I don't know if they just didn't put what needed to be put in it, I am sure things are expensive but it's the last time somebody steals from me that openly, never again bye Starbucks.

Hailey is an exemplary employee as well as the other Starbucks employees. They were so thoughtful, patient, and friendly towards me. Hailey helped me find the drink that I had at another Starbucks location and made it better! She wrote down the drink with the correct recipe so I could order it again. My regret is I don’t live in the city of Surprise to visit Hailey and the other employees. I hope management appreciates and values employees like Hailey. Thank you, Hailey & all of you who helped me have an enjoyable day at Starbucks!! Bless you.

This Starbuck has turn to garbage. The great crew that was here I guess quit. They were the best team ever, black gentlemen, blonde good looking lady, they were the best. New crew is so extremely slow. Time to find a new location. ?

The wonderful young lady who helped me this morning, I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name, but she is so AWESOME!!! I wanted something similar to the Salted caramel crunch frap, but hot. She absolutely nailed it with the drink she made for me this morning. It was her ability to create that resulted in such a masterpiece for me!! LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!
i decided to treat my team to some starbucks, the nearest one was the one inside safeway. i walked in and warned the poor girl i was ordering 6 drinks(it was only 1 person so i felt super bad) i asked for a chai latte with oat milk and sugar cookie cold foam, i’m very lactose. i get the drink and it has no cold foam, no biggie i know she was probably stressed. i thanked her and even tipped on top of the $35 i spent. i get back to work and my stomach starts to hurt so bad, i believe she didn’t even sub the regular milk to oat milk. i’m so disappointed since this is my favorite starbucks, especially since it’s a walking distance to my job. i’d wish for the management to schedule more people during shifts, i know it’s usually never busy in there but most likely that girl would have really appreciated another person there to help her. i know the error wasn’t on purpose, just happened because she was under pressure.
