I paid for a large matcha and half my cup was foam. This is ridiculous! I wish I would’ve noticed before pulling out of the drive-thru. I purchased before sunrise and when I got to work and saw this, very upsetting.
Expect to be in the drive thru line for more than 10mins to get your order.

Worst Starbucks in the Valley! No matter what day we go. The coffee not hot enough, the orders incorrect, but the worst is the wait. If you have to go, drive through is the only way. I drive miles out of the way to avoid this one

Ordered a large $75 dollar order to go, 8 drinks I needed to transport in my car to an office. When I asked for sticker/drink covers to keep my items from spilling all over my car, I was told by manager that they had none to spare as they only give them to their delivery orders. I now have coffee and cold foam spilling in my vehicle and my customers with sticky half filled beverages, would not recommend this location.

Literally waited 30 min in drive thru for my mobile order.. no apology, no explanation, just handed my food over in a panic and shut the window.. was going to tip but they lost any chance of that with their lack of awareness and flippant behavior.

Gave this location a 2nd try recently after a disappointing 1st trip...and can say we won't be back. It wasn't very busy either time but the drinks tasted tasted different than our normal location.

We spent about 35 minutes here with my dad. I was looking for the protein boxes they usually have in the refrigerated area but this store does not have this. It just seemed strange to me, but anyways. The staff was busy as usual, and didn't greet us nor did anyone bother to acknowledge me while I stood at the front register. I patiently stood there when finally someone said, they would be with me in a moment. Their stale demeanor and disinterested expression showed me they were not having a good day. If you work at Starbucks please be aware of what you are signing up for. Customers should feel welcomed(it keeps them coming back). I was the only person in line. Do I plan to stop going to Starbucks? Heck no!! But I would definitely reconsider this location the next time in this area.
