White skinny blonde girl has an atittude from the jump, didn’t make my drink correctly. Got annoyed when I asked her why my matcha had chunks in it and she just blended it in the blender. Matcha was looking like light green milk with one drop of green dye instead of how it’s actually supposed to, and usually I order the same exact drink at other locations and never have a problem lol.

I am usually here if I am with a friend who loves Starbucks coffee or I have a business meeting because of the location. One thing I do like is the service.
Over the years, I have seen several different teams of staff, but this one works well together. Every counter service staff member is very friendly, sharp, helpful, and patient. (Majority of customers are over the age of 60). When they are not busy they will sometimes bring your drink to you!
If you are sensitive to cold temperatures, bring a light sweater. Their AC kicks on and makes me shiver.
There are a few outdoor tables, nothing special, and could use an upgrade. I dont do drive throughs, but this one is never a long wait when I am there (usually afternoons).
I can't comment on specialty drinks because I keep it simple and clean...black drip or Americano iced and hot, and they can reduce headache pain when necessary, BTW.
Probably my Starbucks of choice on the west side.

They wouldn’t even give out a water cup in 110-degree weather. I come here twice a week and always place a mobile order, but when I stop by just for water, they suddenly can’t do that? What a joke. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Can’t wait till they open up scooters next door

Here at 7:29 pm and they are out of green tea and can’t make coffee because the machine is already cleaned. Says it’s open til 8. Clearly the message is spend your money somewhere else.

What I like about Starbucks is no surprises. Whatever you order is 99 out of 100 times the same as the Starbucks before this one. Always good coffee or lattes.
