I was having an absolutely horrible day before coming into this specific subway. The 2 lovely ladies working the noon shift did absolutely above and beyond customer service and deserve a raise. They made the visit and food absolutely amazing!!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the younger girl with red and black hair who helped me at your location. She was incredibly respectful and had a great work ethic. It was clear she took pride in her work — she took her time, made sure everything was just right, and crafted a sub that was the best it could be. It's refreshing to see such dedication and professionalism. Subway Corporate should be very proud to have her on the team!!

Jennifer is a mean woman who should not be working in customer service. All we did is walk in for 2 sandwiches, not only did Jennifer have an attitude problem with her employee Josh, saying her honorary attitude was okay because ”she’s been here 9 years” and the attitude extends WITH CUSTOMERS TOO. A poor elderly woman wasn’t sure if her order was under her name , or her husbands, and jennifer gave her the rudest response.… My boyfriend stepped in and she continued to harass him, and actually started to raise her voice and argue with him because he asked her TO BE KIND TO HER CUSTOMERS??? It then turned into a screaming match, while we are trying to pay for our food, he continued to ask her to stop speaking to him and she would not and continued to berate us until we leave. I hope i never have to step foot near subway again after this experience.

I came around 11:15 and the first thing I notice is the young lady at the counter she's got a line of 3 people including my self. None of us were greeted. This young lady looked absolutely miserable being at work. Not one smile. Get tone was flat. 15 mins go by and Danielle the assistant manager came back from her break and my that time the young lady Kayla or Makayla wasn't even done with the second person in line and there is now 8 more people in line waiting. Danielle washed her hands greeted every one in the store and apologized for the wait. Danielle had everyone out in 15 mins. She was running around so fast. I ate my sandwich in store and observed the situation alil bit and hopefully manager position will be open for Danielle soon because I've been eating out along time and I haven't seen this kind of amazing customer service in a very long long time. She's a mix of old school new school and something I've never seen before. The new girl does not like being here and needs a serious talk from management on how to treat her coworkers the ranks and everything in between. Danielle was prepping helping customers making bread and stocking the line all while keeping a huge smile on her face and getting the job done. Good job Danielle. I hope to see you in management very soon you DESERVE IT.

Best Subway location in the Surprise area. The customer service is always top notch- even when working with a customer, you're greeted by staff as soon as you enter. Dining room and food prep areas are pristine clean. Ingredients are fresh, and sandwiches are made quickly and with care. Washrooms are clean and tidy as well. This is the standard all restaurants should be held to.

Always an enjoyable experience dining in. Great subs! 😁

Subway really should bring back $5 footlongs. They’re honestly not worth even the BOGO deal at around $9 each. Plus if you have an issue with your sandwich, the area director is useless. No wonder this company is struggling…

Will never go back to a subway again, there's barely any meat on this. They didn't get the bread right. They kept messing up then the coupon wouldn't work. I paid 48.00 for my 4 subs with a coupon. I will not be going to subway again! Prices are Ridiculous! I could of spent 48.00 at applebee's, Domino's, olive garden. Never again sub expensive way!! ?????
