Best Subway location in the Surprise area. The customer service is always top notch- even when working with a customer, you're greeted by staff as soon as you enter. Dining room and food prep areas are pristine clean. Ingredients are fresh, and sandwiches are made quickly and with care. Washrooms are clean and tidy as well. This is the standard all restaurants should be held to.

Always an enjoyable experience dining in. Great subs! 😁

Jennifer was awesome, she took my Subway coupon when other locations wouldn't (smh) & listened to me vent with a smile & terrific attitude & also suggested a yummy new menu item!! My sandwich looked AND tasted great! Just what I needed after a disappointing Monday thanks

Great team and always pleasant. My problem was the new 'flatbread' can't be toasted. It's actually more like a tortilla. So your sandwich has to be cold. Just to save a little money?? Shame on the owners.
