Couldn’t get my pick up order correct. Ordered veggie delight, more lettuce, no onion. Barely got lettuce and lots of onion. Sandwich is also taking a bath in ranch. I even tipped hoping they wouldn’t screw it up.

Very understaffed for the lunch rush. Poor girl was working by herself with a line out of the door and people walking out. She was asking people politely to wait while she cooks bread and restocks the toppings rail. Lack of ownership really shows here, feel bad for this employee

Me and my family went there and the service was so good. The only guy there was STACKED with orders, bro. I'm pretty sure his name was Marquisio or something around that manner. He made our food while managing other orders, so props to him. To add on, the food was fresh and delicious.👍🏻

Why does this subway only have one individual working? They seem to be stressed out and there was lots of customers. Companies really need to stop cheaping out and making one person do a shift by themselves.

I’m here at 10:40am and doors are locked. Last time they messed my sandwich up completely. Now your closed when you should be open and no signs on the door. Worst location on the west side. You might as well close for good and let something else better take this spot.

Typically slow but there’s a nice girl that’s fast that works there occasionally. Unfortunately, the store has a habit of not opening on time or just not being open in general. I don’t like showing up and leaving empty handed
