Kiosks have killed this place… had 2 other couples leave because it was taking so long.. I have to agree it took us 30 minutes in there total trying to get everything ordered. Took the entire subway experience away… was not a fan.. also if you have a burrito open at one end please don’t cut it in half.. made for a very difficult car ride eat.. lol I would not recommend it to anyone. It’s not Panera it’s subway.. the reason you go is to pick what you want and the kids too it’s part of the fun. They took out all the fun and traded it for hassle. :/

Order two subs on there new kiosk. One sub was not toasted (was supposed to be) and it was also missing several items that was ordered on it. Staff was friendly.

Place was good not so much now. Withe the computers taking the orders everything is much slower now. It was nice to be able to see what they were putting in your food now everything is covered.

Confirming that the only way to order here is at the kiosks. One of the four was down when we were there. We watched one customer get to the "Do you want to make it a meal" screen and she left. I cannot imagine what it would be like to have families or large orders come through during busy times. I'd be interested to see what lies were told the franchise owner to justify the cost of installation and system upkeep compared to the lost revenue. IF we come back here, we will try the app.

Food was tasty, good service for making and handing us our order.

Sign outside states they accept EBT, had to order off kiosk, which is a pain, went to counter to use EBT card. It was declined. When I asked why, older lady said it had to be part of the hot meal program ? No idea what that is. I stated we ordered 2 cold sandwiches and I've used my EBT card at other places that say they accept it.
I said your sign outside says accepts EBT, nothing about a hot food program. She stated there is nothing she can do about that. We ended up just walking out without sandwiches.
Because the whole reason we went there was to be able to use our EBT and not pay out of pocket.
For $30 we could go to a lot of other places and got a $5.00 or $7.00 meal deal.

I have been coming here regularly, but am so bummed they switched to a kiosk only system. When you try to order at the counter you are told you have to go to the kiosk. The fun of subway is getting to customize your sub and watch it made. The workers are always so friendly and food quality is great. But I think I will head to a different store to avoid the kiosks.

So, I walk into this empty Subway, walk up to where I've ordered sandwiches from, where the bread is locatef, at Subways across the country for over 20 years and I'm informed I no longer have the option of ordering at the counter, I absolutely must order at the electronic "kiosk". You know, because they're just so busy and the "Sandwich Artists" only have time to make sandwiches with no time to speak. I begrudgingly order at the kiosk where of course it's not at all clear how to make the sandwich I want. Great, I need to learn this kiosks O.S in order to give them my money. Of course these people are most likely poorly paid fast food workers who have had this forced upon them just as much as I have. The owners and or managers need to have their heads removed from their current locations and replaced to its customary one. Quelle Surprise they absolutely screwed up my order and i made them do it right, verbally as i wanted to in the firstplace. Yeah, quite the time saver there. On top how useless this is to order, the Kiosks are located right in front of the door, the soda fountain and the register. If this place ever actually gets busy, they most assuredly will have a fire code violation when the exit/entrance, beverage and register area is jammed full of customers. I'm sure with the policy of forcing paying customers to use this Kiosk means this Subway will never be crowded again, but hypothetically. There's another Subway down the road from me. They'll be getting my money. If they too have this useless policy, hello Jersey Mike's. FIX THIS B4 U RUN YOUR STORE RIGHT INTO THE DIRT, MR MANAGER.

So I just went to the subway and they have a kiosk that they made me order from. First off that’s annoying. I wanted a turkey and salami so I said there’s no salami on here. He said we’ll just put pepperoni. It would have been quicker for me just to tell them my order. Definitely not coming to this one ever again I’d prefer to talk to someone instead of using a computer.

Very poor customer service with no help. Was informed by all staff that because their system went down they could not help me with my order online and to take it up with my bank since they took my money. They refused to make my food and had zero empathy or compassion in any way when I asked if they would help me cancel the order I was told no. Honestly terrible service I get your system went down but help your customers. I asked for nothing for free.

I ordered from the app. The payment went through. We get to the store at the designated time. There’s a sign on the door that says “card only.” They didn’t make our food. They refused to make our food. We told the very rude manager that the food was already paid for. She literally said “I don’t care, take it up with your bank.”

There’s no reason for this kind of customer service. If you can’t at least be courteous, you don’t deserve to have a job, even at Subway. I hope you have the day you deserve.
