Just horrible since switching to Kiosk only . Just to get the order wrong every time

Had a terrible experience at subway greenway road. Wanted to order a bigger order. The online showed so many options but reading reviews that online orders are messed up so went in person all the way to order. The staff was new ( first day of work) didn’t know much about the options and deals. I had a hard time getting my large order through. I had a bad experience and would not want to visit again. Disappointed as subway happens to be our family favourite but this experience discourages us to visit them again

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Twice!

I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this Subway location has left me no choice. I’ve ordered from here twice, and both times my order was completely wrong.

The first time, they forgot the meat on three of the sandwiches—literally only put half the sandwich together. Total mess.

I gave them a second chance (big mistake), and again, the order was wrong. I ordered all my sandwiches with cheese—out of 6 , three had cheese. I even paid for extra meat on one of them, and they didn’t add it. It’s clear no one is double-checking the orders before they go out.

To make matters worse, when I called the store the first time and spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, she started yelling at me and my husband. She was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

Nothing has been done right either time I’ve ordered, and that’s on me for giving them a second chance. This place clearly doesn’t care about customer service or getting the order right.

Be aware before ordering from this location. You might not get what you paid for—and definitely won’t get any respect if you try to address it.

This location now has a wall blocking customer view of food & toppings. It also makes you use a kiosk to order & does not have option to have sandwich toasted. They massively skimp on what is in. Sandwich’s. So I basically paid $12 for a hunk of bread.

Service was good but, the corporate kiosks instead of talking to someone in person creates confusion and is just unnecessary

The kiosk is no good. Took me more time to figure it out then it would to just tell a human (who were 6 feet away) my order. They have also removed items off of the menu and I wasn’t able to figure out how to create a certain sandwich. All of this to pay $33 for two footings is outrageous. Safe to say, this will be the last time I come here.

Kiosks have killed this place… had 2 other couples leave because it was taking so long.. I have to agree it took us 30 minutes in there total trying to get everything ordered. Took the entire subway experience away… was not a fan.. also if you have a burrito open at one end please don’t cut it in half.. made for a very difficult car ride eat.. lol I would not recommend it to anyone. It’s not Panera it’s subway.. the reason you go is to pick what you want and the kids too it’s part of the fun. They took out all the fun and traded it for hassle. :/

Place was good not so much now. Withe the computers taking the orders everything is much slower now. It was nice to be able to see what they were putting in your food now everything is covered.

Confirming that the only way to order here is at the kiosks. One of the four was down when we were there. We watched one customer get to the "Do you want to make it a meal" screen and she left. I cannot imagine what it would be like to have families or large orders come through during busy times. I'd be interested to see what lies were told the franchise owner to justify the cost of installation and system upkeep compared to the lost revenue. IF we come back here, we will try the app.

Food was tasty, good service for making and handing us our order.

Sign outside states they accept EBT, had to order off kiosk, which is a pain, went to counter to use EBT card. It was declined. When I asked why, older lady said it had to be part of the hot meal program ? No idea what that is. I stated we ordered 2 cold sandwiches and I've used my EBT card at other places that say they accept it.
I said your sign outside says accepts EBT, nothing about a hot food program. She stated there is nothing she can do about that. We ended up just walking out without sandwiches.
Because the whole reason we went there was to be able to use our EBT and not pay out of pocket.
For $30 we could go to a lot of other places and got a $5.00 or $7.00 meal deal.
