Got the new franks red hot fry’s and there was no chicken in it at all and also was put in a very small container in the big container so only got half of what I should have. Very disappointed always go to this Taco Bell but I will not be going here anymore.

Went there on a Friday at 12:05pm. Ordered a $5 cravings box, two tacos and a drink. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked what was happening with my order. I was asked my name and the person yelled to another worker to work on my order. I then asked for my drink cups was handed 1 had to ask for the other one. 10 minutes later they finally call my name with my order. I was not the only other person with a problem. There were 8 other people waiting as long or longer then I did for their order too. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! That should not of happened!

Never ordering from here again. Waited 10+ minutes behind a single car only to get 1 of the 3 things I ordered, which was so cold it was inedible.

We stopped going to this location because our food was always wrong, and we started to go to the Prasada location once it was built. We’ve just recently returned to this location and it feels completely turned around. Our food is hot and fresh now and our orders have been correct each time. Can definitely appreciate when you get what you pay for.

They work so slow I been waiting 30mins for 2 burritos that’s ridiculous I will not be eating here again. Hopefully the one on grand is faster.

Today, 12/31/24, "MacKenzie" at the drive thru was super aggressive with taking my card from me, and handing back my card, receipt, and food. She also screwed up my order somehow, was rude about it, and when I drove away I saw that the food was still wrong and had to go inside due to the long and VERY SLOW line. I didn't want to ever have to go inside today because I'm in my pj's, but I embarrassed myself in the name of making these children running shop FIX the order. They fixed it, and handed me 2 coupons for free food items for my trouble. When I got home, I saw that they expire TODAY. I will NEVER go to this location ever again. My orders are always like this, and the soda always tastes terrible. Dying location.

I mean it’s Taco Bell…amiright? However good is it going to get? However, this particular location may win the award for slowest service on average, ever. I’m not being biased because I’m sitting in an absurdly long line, I wouldn’t do that for Taco Bell. I’m writing this, because this particular location always just has incredibly slow and somewhat sub par service. Better places to get fake Mexican food, around go there instead.

Management needs to know that Marissa S. Is doing a phenomenal job! She has excellent customer service skills and she took the time to wipe down my cup when she realized it was sticky from the syrup. Small things make the difference. Thank you Marissa!
