Have been here twice now, orders were made wrong both times and staff are not happy or helpful.
Every time we come here, this location forgets items….EVERYTIME!! They also didn’t put beef on our nacho belle grandes or beefy 5 layer burritos

No customer service… no employee at the front counter to,greet a customer. They have their order terminals at front of store. You order on your own. Takes much longer than ordering from an actual person. Very bad customer service. Employee at back end needs to run to front of store while also taking care of drive thru customers. While the food is very good. I’m no fan of walking into a store and not be greeted. Everyone in back!! I’m not sure I will return… very sad.
