Ordered a Carmel empanada and drink. He told me they were out of empanadas and could not and would not refund me for the item because he “couldn’t”. He then handed me a small drink after I ordered a large and told me I could have a large if I wanted it???

This store on 16655 W Bell is notorious for forgetting things in drive-thru! Straws, napkins, sauce.... It's crazy that I have to hold up the line just so I can check my order. No excuse for that!

Stopped in for lunch and was pleased with the speedy service. I ordered on the app, and by the time I parked and walked in, my order was pretty much ready. I haven't had Taco Bell in a while, so I figured I would give it a shot. Everything tasted great and was made to order. The fast service and great food make this a great place to stop in for lunch or dinner, especially if you are in a hurry.

The Burrito Supreme is just a burrito. It's very small and has no sour cream on it. And you are charged more than the other ones.

Ordered on 6/24/25. After a few hours after eating, I started profusely vomiting to the point where I had to call 911 and get admitted to the hospital for 5 days as my body was in distresses. Turns out they diagnosed me with viral/bacterial gastroenteritis. The fact that this place is not cleanly is disturbing and as I am typing this I am still at home fighting for my life. Will never go back to this place and I warn others as well.

They shorted my drive up take out order. I had asked the person at the window if the order was complete and she assured me it was. When I called in the manager was very snotty and would only supply the item if I drove back over. Then she hung up on me.
