I waited over 20 to 30 minutes for soggy wet food. 3 employees left, and customers were stacked up in the drive-thru and in the store. One person working the window and one on the food area. Got a lot of apologies from the cashier young lady. Then they have some high school kids coming in, one with a condom wrapped on his face, then said he needs some lubrication. Wow, craziness in Surprise

I know this place isn’t reviewed the best, but I just wanted to leave a review because the cashier Nichole was extremely pleasant, I worked restaurant and I can only imagine how fast food is, however even though it’s 12 in the morning she greeted me, helped me with the menu and chatted at the window all with a smile on her face. Just wanted to highlight a good worker. Hope she sees this

I ordered three grilled chicken boritos checked the menu for the ingredients according to their app tomatoes was an add on halfway through there were tomatoes I called the restaurant & they said they normally put tomatoes in it and the app is not accurate the location is w bell Rd and the 303 this is more than likely my last visit to that location I don't like renting my food I threw up my entire burrito because of the tomatoes that I was not expecting to be in there went through the drive thru I got screwed

It never fails every time I order breakfast they mess it up. I tell them no sauce and I get sauce. I ask for extra sauce and I get no sauce. Come on, it never fails. I only stop here because it’s in my way home. I’m just gonna keep leaving comments when they get it wrong, and when it’s right. I need to know how many times this happens to me in a years time, or I can give my business to another. Let me think about that one.

Full stars, they were so sweet and the food was so good. I am coming back here again and again. The best part was that when a mistake was made, they remade it with no hassle. When I kept apologizing, one of the female employees (Nicole) gave me a pep talk. That pep talk made my day. So thank you to that person. If you are ever in the area, please come down and have a relaxing day.
