I went to Taco Bell on January 6, 2026 and I received my total at the drive-through window and they asked if I wanted to round up my total and I said no I got to the window. I was rushed to pay and before I could look at my receipt, they gave me my card back and just shut the window and come to find out they rounded up my amount I was not happy because they did it without my acknowledgment so be aware and check your receipts before you drive off

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Me and my family went there around 11:30pm before close and we were treated incredibly poorly. When we came up to the drive thru, the woman had a poor tone and begrudgingly took our order. When we wanted to switch our order before paying she rudely told us no and said our order was almost finished so we had to deal with it essentially. Our order was $25 and she made us pay for something we did not want. The worker was insanely rude and when we got our drinks they tasted flat and watery like they hadn’t changed the syrup machines since they’d opened. There was nobody behind us in line and it took 15 minutes to get our food. If you want to go here just go to the other Taco Bell near the Walmart or go to the one near Fry’s.

Not today Taco Bell! This is the 2nd time I've received hard shell tacos that are not only stale but rancid. I know the difference and let it go the first time but here I am a whole month later still being served... That says a lot doesn't it.
