To start, my visit was not too bad. The place was clean, but it went down hill from there. I ordered nachos with extra beef, and they did not give extra beef, and for my child I got a chicken soft taco with extra chicken because he is picky and will only eat the meat. The taco was underwhelming with obviously no extra meat as the image I added shows. So for those intending to go here, check your food and make sure you got what you paid for because I certainly did not.

None of our supremes (tacos and burritos) had sour cream, luckily I had some in the fridge!! Crunchwrap was mostly lettuce. Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had.. never go back there!!!

Came during lunch on Friday, the woman with the glasses and short hair refused to help me as I didn’t know how to kiosk. She took the other people who came in after me. I politely ask but was told ‘Kiosk only’. She probably didn’t want to take my order as I’m a man of color and everyone else she told the order of was white. Honestly, if it was that big of an issue I could have gone somewhere else. I think I heard her name was Carolyn or something like that.I don’t recommend this place, I’ll tell my friends and family to stay away.

Ordered 4 boxes online. Took them 20 mins after the app said it was finished. Took them another 15 mins to fix my order since I was Missing a whole box. Order a lg freeze and received a med. Nacho fries were cold and didn't even fill half the container. Very poor experience. Would not recommend this location.

The worst Taco Bell in the valley. 2 years ago, I got a half eaten burrito with my order. Last year, I asked for fire sauce and was given an entire box of fire sauce packets dumped in the bag on top of my food. Tonight, ordered the cheese fries, the lid was not secure so the whole thing spilled all over the food in the bag. I brought this up to the counter man and all he did was replace them with a new one which had hardly any fries in it at all but never offered to give a napkin to clean the mess they dumped all in my bag. Lived here my whole life and this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. We will not be going back to this location.
