Waited 22 minutes for our food. The order wasn't even right. Bathrooms were very dirty, broken handle on toilet which made it difficult to flush. Employees were not friendly. QT has better food and better service.

We ordered from the kiosk and there was only one or two people in front of us. It took about 20 minutes for us to get our food even though the drive-through probably had 10 orders go through by the time we got our food my taco was stale and so are my tortilla chips The amount of meat that they put in their items is almost none if I could give them zero stars I would highly dissatisfied

Overall the food was great! The service however was terrible. My wife and I went through the drive thru and we were trying to figure out our order. It is frustrating that they keep changing the Luke box. Anyway, we finally decided our order. We pulled up to the window to pay and we told them that our order was incorrect. There was a guy and girl that were helping us out which made it very confusing as to who was actually taking our order. The guy was about to fix our order but then the lady told us that we took too long and that we would have to go back through the drive thru to get the other part of our order since the line was backed up (but in reality there was only 1 person behind us). It was ridiculous and very rude. I didn't go back through the drive thru but decided to go in. Well as i was putting in my order inside i overhear the staff talking about us. I didn't say anything, but it was very unprofessional. We'll not return.
Love the vanilla freeze drink.... Hope it doesn't go away. Oh and the nacho fries are back!!!!! Whooooo hoooooo

My wife and I went there a few days ago. We ordered our food at the kiosk not seeing anyone or any indication that we were even there. Eventually an employee brought my order, meanwhile another customer came up beside me and was promptly greeted! REALLY!! SMH
