Why are the cheese roll ups down to 2 to 3 inches long now? One has to buy 5/6 to fill up a kiddo!

My wife and I went there a few days ago. We ordered our food at the kiosk not seeing anyone or any indication that we were even there. Eventually an employee brought my order, meanwhile another customer came up beside me and was promptly greeted! REALLY!! SMH

Addendum: Gave them another chance, and they've somewhat redeemed themselves! My food was all correct this time first try, it was hot, nothing was missing, and they were quick about it as well. Staff was nice as always, despite the fact we swung by at 11pm this time. Prasada Taco Bell, your ice has thickened.
Usually, I quite like this location. I've been here many a times, no problems, lovely staff. This time, however, my entire order was wrong, and I was missing an item. Crazy. The staff was friendly and helpful, at least, but wow. I've never had such big mistakes for such a small order before. I'm not talking missing sauce or maybe forgetting to add an extra ingredient, I was given an entirely different item wrapped as the item I was ordered. FOR THREE SEPARATE ITEMS. Bless you, Manager Ebony(?), for being so kind and polite over the phone, cause I probably woulda gone feral if anything else had happened. You're on thin ice, Prasada Taco Bell.

Cleanest Taco Bell in Surprise! This is the only Taco Bell in Surprise that makes orders correctly as well and confirms all orders are accurate. I’ve never had any issues here and I visit regularly.

food took very long to get out i was sitting there for around 35 minutes, mind you there were about 2 people in the whole place. the customer service wasn’t great either. also, it was very unsanitary. the walls had some type of brown crusted liquid all over them as well. and i came in the night before thru the drive thru and the window got slammed in my face multiple times. i also asked for mild sauce multiple times and they failed to give it to me in the drive thru.

Other Taco Bell’s in Surprise are filthy with long wait times but not this location. They definitely take the extra time to ensure customer satisfaction by keeping their store spotless and having great quality food.

The restaurant is always immaculate looking and the GM definitely makes her team work. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always on point and it’s nice to see that people actually care at this location. I will not go to any other Taco Bell in the area except this one. I will refer it to family and friends.

I was very impressed with the drive through young lady. Had a complex order and received everything I asked for. I didn't get her name, but had some pretty green eyes.

I ordered breakfast at 10:10 AM on the app—just two meals. When we got to the window, we waited for five minutes while the employee laughed with coworkers before finally opening the window and telling us we could either get a lunch item or go inside and wait 25 minutes.
I think closing down breakfast 35 minutes before the advertised time is a bit excessive. When they saw the mobile order come through, did they just decide not to start it and wait to see if we’d switch to lunch instead?
Anyway, we chose to wait the 25 minutes because I was going to get the breakfast I paid for. When we finally got our food and got in the car, we noticed that two of our side items were missing—one of which I had used a free reward for.
It really sucks writing this review because I usually have a good experience at this Taco Bell and have no problems, but lately, the customer service has been very hit or miss.

We used to like going to this taco bell. The employees were kind and helpful. This last time there was a new employee working.
We mobile ordered breakfast at 10:10 and when we arrived the employee was laughing with the cook for five minutes before opening the window. When she opened it she asked us if we wanted something off the lunch menu instead or if we would rather wait 25 minutes. We said we would wait, because we paid for breakfast, and we wanted what we paid for. She gave an eye roll and told us to come inside.
This taco bell advertises breakfast on their menu until 10:45 am. It is absolutely unacceptable to stop serving it at 10:10. If we had ordered at 10:30, I might have understood. It's not that hard to offer services you advertise. In fact, it's downright cruel to not only not offer those services, but give a bad attitude while doing it. We waited for 40 minutes inside before we finally got our order tossed at us.
To top it all off, we were missing two items that we paid for. Do not come here if you have another option.
