This location CANNOT make a chicken quesadilla. I've ordered on 3 separate occasions and EVERY single time it was missing the special creamy jalapeno sauce. One had different chicken, and another was so greasy on the outside it was inedible and absolutely disgusting - none of them were what a chicken quesadilla from Taco Bell is supposed to be and they are NOT a cheap menu item! FALSE ADVERTISING.

We've been going to this location since it opened. I don't know what's going on with the regular hard taco shells but even my mother in law noticed it this time. This is the only Taco Bell that I've ever tasted this weird taste. It's been that way from the start which I thought was maybe cause it was new but it's been awhile now and it's getting worse. Initially I described it as tasting burnt for lack of a better word but today it was super strong and almost tastes like bug spray or something. It's definitely the shell and has a chemically smell to it. The closest I can think of is we have mothballs in our closet and it smells like that. Anyway, I can't recommend this location as it seems to be getting worse. Nachos and burrito I had seem okay though.

Waited a little over 15 minutes at the drive-through window. All of the food was cold when given to us. I'm not sure how that works out, but it was an unfortunate experience, to say the least.

Just stopped to use the restroom on my road trip. Bathroom could have used a walk through.

When I asked for some hot sauce after they have me my order they put it in a little bag with a sticker on it to seal it. Very nice touch.
The food was great, but the larger guy with the wig, i think his name was angel told me my order would be ready in 2 minutes, and it ended up taking over 10 minutes.

Ordered 4 potato tacos on the app when I left the house and walked in to only one person waiting for food. Order said it would be ready at 7:02, and waited until 7:17 and order was still not ready so I left the restaurant with no food and time wasted.
