My property manager recommended this food truck for tacos. So I came Tuesday morning, and ordered three tacos (street style, carne asada) with beans & rice, and a bottle of Coca-Cola. Everything is ‘To Go.’ Unfortunate for the Circle K to not have seating outside. I took my order across the street to Q.T. 😁 Some assembly is required as they bag the sauces, cilantro & chopped onions, and the sauces — a red mole or salsa sauce, and what appears to be guacamole. I wish I could have had some sour cream or creme fresh. The meat was very tender and flavorful. Very good tacos. The rice was fine; however the beans were whole and not mashed and refried. Not a lot of flavor to have. The Coke was refreshing. I’d visit again to take my order home, but I won’t be ordering the beans & rice. If this is their regular location, why not have two tables and some chairs? Just a suggestion. It would be nice while the weather is great outside before Summer arrives in June-August.

This place is great. We got the loaded fries with the trio meats. Wish I would have taken a picture before I ate. This is something that everyone needs to try. The consome is some of the best in town. This is a must try.
My wife and I come from LA. We haven’t had the taste of home till we found this place. This isn’t your Filiberto’s. TACO TACO IS THE BEST! Ask about the items not on the menu, you won’t be disappointed. ?

Alex makes the best Carne Asada burrito I have ever had and I was married to a woman from Hermosillo who up until this point I thought made the best Asada I highly recommend jumping off the freeway at the 303 and BELL heading west and looking to your right for the red food truck in the EOS parking lot WITHOUT A DOUBT IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED THEIR birria CHILI ACHILLES you are not doing yourself justice and remember get yourself a Carne Asada burrito you can thank me later. Alex is the man when it comes to taco trucks.

The tacos were all delicious. Each taco meat was seasoned very well. The birria taco was my favorite and they crisp the shell up perfectly! Their green sauce is absolutely amazing. They provided onions and cilantro, one little cup per taco which was a lot but perfect amount. The red sauce I would probably give *** for flavor, not bad. I thought about going **** overall because the rice and beans are extremely bland. Cooked well, good texture, but just really limited flavor. The food is fresh and made to order. Great customer service as well. Will definitely be back.
