This food truck in the middle of a parking lot produces some of the best food I've had in this part of the valley. Their menu is simple - birria, carne asada and pollo primarily, but everything I've had so far has been excellent. So tasty! The birria is the specialty and it is outstanding. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered the quesa birria tacos and they were not good at all lacked flavor and the meat was not cleaned properly at all they were filled with fat in every bite and really gross to say the least I will not be eating here again unfortunately

I was so excited to try this truck after reading the reviews. I ordered a birria burrito and 2 quesa birria tacos. the birria was SO dry. just inedibly dry. They also didn't include any consumme (which is standard with any birria tacos I get elsewhere). very disappointed.

Super disappointed with this place I ordered 10Birria tacos and a medium consume for $50 the birria was dry asf go they're stingy about the consume and when I tried to order ahead of time the staff wanted me to text the order Instead while I'm driving. I felt like the cook was a douchebag he was already talking to me and had to say text it I got customers! Wtf asshole why did you even have a phone for? Taco calafia Ain't stingy about their consume they give it for free you bitches charge like fuckers for a small ass sauce and got them dry ass birria fuck you all your food and customer service sucks ass
