A FAT ZERO IF I CAN RATE THE RESTAURANT. I was here with my family at 14175 w. Grand Ave Surprise at 830pm. We had the worst customer service. We paid $124 for bad customer service. I personally will not go here ever. It was nothing but lazy people working there. Lucky I don't remember the waitress name. She didn't come to our table but three times. We had to ask for refills and my wife didn't get her beer til 45 minutes later. It was not busy at all. And we asked for some more rolls at 9pm they said we are out of rolls. Wow at 9pm? Wow maybe if our waitress came to our table and checked on us (five adults) maybe we could have order more rolls in time. I never heard of a kitchen closing earlier. But that is all ok..you all can keep your dinner rolls you lazy people.

ordered a t-bone steak well done. IT WAS RAW. Literally had to cook it ourselves. Burger was over cooked. and got no utensils.

Fairly busy Friday night, I had a cocktail and a menu in my hand in a few minutes. Emily, the bartender was great. After she took my order she asked for a name on the order. While I was eating, she repeated my name back to me asking if everything was ok. She remembered my name. Wow. So impressive. Dustin, the manager came over to ask how was my steak? Excellent. Great service, great food.
I usually always have an enjoyable and nice time at Texas Roadhouse and their service is always amazing! This time I had an experience that fell below the bar. Emily was our server and continuously skipped my boyfriend when he was trying to order and didn’t let him order an alcoholic beverage even though he is 21 years of age. We had a medium sized party and we were all stuffed in a corner, if someone had to use the restroom 4 people would have to get up and it was an uncomfortable scoot to just get out. The Texas Roadhouse near Arrowhead mall is always a hit, I will definitely be making a drive to go to that one than this one in a heartbeat!

This location is very much hit or miss a far as quality goes. This time our prime rib was dry and overcooked. There used to be a manager on that would check in with you and make things right but not this time. Our server, while very pleasant, was inattentive as well. Last time is was good, not great. Consistency would be nice. It is consistently inconsistent. I'm thinking it's time to find another steakhouse.

Couldn’t eat my food at all due to the way it was cooked called the manager about the next day after work and he refused to replace my order and asked me to bring the food in after I told him I threw it away but I took a picture of it
