Big problem we had the hostes was rude!! She talked us like we were children oreei g us to go sit down out side as others came in a hung out in the entryway. We brang it up to the managers 2 of them and they showed no regard for it and just wanted to defend her as being young teenager, which OK then she shouldn’t be the hostess. We had reservations and some of our party was a little late. They wouldn’t see us, which was a mistake on their part because we would’ve bought a ton of alcohol drinks while we were waiting for the rest of our party loss of revenue on their part. The food was ok and our actual server was good.

Been here many times. Always good service, food, and times. Only thing this time was realizing a deceptive tip practice that I never caught before. They give their suggested tip off the amount that includes tax. Tax is not supposed to be included and I've blindly been giving extra without knowing it for many years now. Waiters and waitresses that served us earned it still but their tip system should exclude the tax in its suggestion to be fair to all people trusting the establishment to go by industry and social norms.

Texas Roadhouse ALWAYS has great service and delicious food. For my wife and I we typically spend around $50 ish including tip. Clean, fun establishment.
We had an amazing experience at the Texas Roadhouse. We go every time we are in Suprise. The services is superb and the food is not only delicious but great value for the amount of food you get. Will continue to come back!

A FAT ZERO IF I CAN RATE THE RESTAURANT. I was here with my family at 14175 w. Grand Ave Surprise at 830pm. We had the worst customer service. We paid $124 for bad customer service. I personally will not go here ever. It was nothing but lazy people working there. Lucky I don't remember the waitress name. She didn't come to our table but three times. We had to ask for refills and my wife didn't get her beer til 45 minutes later. It was not busy at all. And we asked for some more rolls at 9pm they said we are out of rolls. Wow at 9pm? Wow maybe if our waitress came to our table and checked on us (five adults) maybe we could have order more rolls in time. I never heard of a kitchen closing earlier. But that is all ok..you all can keep your dinner rolls you lazy people.
