Fairly busy Friday night, I had a cocktail and a menu in my hand in a few minutes. Emily, the bartender was great. After she took my order she asked for a name on the order. While I was eating, she repeated my name back to me asking if everything was ok. She remembered my name. Wow. So impressive.

I usually always have an enjoyable and nice time at Texas Roadhouse and their service is always amazing! This time I had an experience that fell below the bar. Emily was our server and continuously skipped my boyfriend when he was trying to order and didn’t let him order an alcoholic beverage even though he is 21 years of age. We had a medium sized party and we were all stuffed in a corner, if someone had to use the restroom 4 people would have to get up and it was an uncomfortable...
