We attended a party at the Chicken Ranch on Saturday, November 22, 2025. We ordered chicken wings, my BF bite into the drumstick and it was raw, the meat at the bone was red. It was brought to the attention of another waiter. We received more but we still had to pay. In the real world it would have been no charge. A token of appreciation

Not enough of a crowd on dance nites. Last band not very good. Too long pause between songs. Felt like they were practicing. No eye contact with dancers unless they were already known friends. 402 band needs direction.

My son and I had a really bad experience at this restaurant a couple of months ago. The waitress was new and kind of rude. There were only 2 tables occupied for lunch us and 2 other people and it took just under an hour to get served. I knew we wouldn't go back. And, watching the news tonight (Arizona's Family) they had 3 violations from the food health department. THINK ABOUT THAT BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS PLACE!

Come on owners, when are you going to stabilize? Cooks won't cook dinner menu? New wait staff weekly? Been a ling-time patron telling everyone about your establishment. Best wings and ribs in the world!! But no good if your new cooks won't cook. :(

Terrible experience only 1 person to take orders and bartend and only 1 cook 2 people in the whole restaurant to manage a lunch crowd. Got there at 12:10 pm and didn't leave for almost 2 hours (1 hr 50 mins) for lunch!!! It was so bad that I witnessed 3 tables (7 people total) get up and leave due to wait time. This was really,really bad seriously. Food was not worth the wait at all. I gave 3 stars for food but definitely don't waste half your day to eat here. I will NOT go back.....3 tables walked out!!!....geeez
I ordered Prime Rib and it was terrible. I told the waitress to take it away after two bites. She said they would knock off 10.00 of my bill. So I guess I paid 9.00 for a small salad snd 1/2 baked potato. Never again.
