Haven't been here since they opened but decided to give it another try today. Order was taken semi-correctly at the speaker (teriyaki burger, BBQ char burger no pickles, tempura green beans and fries). When we got our food, it was extremely messy, the BBQ burger had pickles and no BBQ sauce and it was so salty I couldn't even eat it and threw it away. Waste of money and definitely will not be back.
ORIGINAL: Not sure what the star rating should be...currently sitting AT the speaker box for at least 10 mins with no greeting after sitting in a wrap around drive thru line for 25 mins. 1 car at window.. I get it that they just opened, but this is ridiculous! Food better be worth the wait!

Insanely bad service. I sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes watching them ignore me. I completely understand being busy but at least take 2 seconds to let the customer know there's going to he a wait.

Me & my wife both were able to eat here for under $10. We had received emails and he got a bacon cheeseburger free for his Birthday and I was able to get a free salad with a $5.00 purchase!! Overall experience was Great! Alma & Isaiah were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating!! Keep up the Good Work!! :)

Bought a grilled chicken sandwich which did not taste like a chicken sandwich had no taste to it a lot of mayo on it it was sloppy and wet order my husband a charred burger with fries and a drink it took a little over 20 minutes to get the food and then we did not even get the soda terrible service slow I believe they have new owners on Waddell not sure I can't believe that it would be the same people because I've eaten there several times before and it used to be good I got a salad that's called the chicken salad it used to have purple onions cucumbers Chicken coupons Tomatoes tomatoes it was so delicious now they have cut the sides down in half but still charging you the same price it is no longer a chicken salad it's a Caesar salad with a little chicken on top a few croutons and nothing else gross the string beans and Fries were so salty it was unbelievable what happened habit

Came through the drive-through the car ahead of me clearly had a large order waited behind them for about 15 minutes. All you have to do is look at Chick-fil-A Whataburger McDonald's every other fast food chain If a large order comes through, you have them pull around front and wait, then a team member walks the food out to them. You don't hold up the entire line because I only ordered one thing. So I backed out of the line and went inside told the manager my Issue and he gave me my sandwich for free. But this is the third time this has happened at this particular location.

Both times I ordered here, the wait was extremely long. Far longer than any other restaurant of this type during any time period. The menu is appealing, but the food taste and presentation is mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the wait. I will not return here.

Poorly managed restaurant, the manager parks his car in customer parking closest to the door. The manager tells me I'll have to wait till he has time to take my order. Chic fil A had time to take my order.
Habit Burger and Grill was just okay for the price you pay. The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t anything special either. For the cost, I expected a bit more flavor and quality. The burgers were decent, but nothing that stood out compared to other places. However, the french fries were really good—crispy and flavorful, definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but for the price, I was hoping for a bit more from the main dishes.

We went to the drive thru because we only wanted a kids meal and the line was much shorter than chic fil a's.. Well I only ordered a kids meal and a side of fries. They forgot the side of fries, which is weird because there was absolutely no one inside or in the drive thru.

This is the worst Habit location I’ve ever visited. I was shocked at how the employees wouldn’t take my order so I was forced to use the kiosk. Employees wouldn’t even look at me when I waited for my food patiently which took 30 minutes. They left out my food on the counter but I had to go find a cup for myself because I knew they wouldn’t look or speak to me so I couldn’t ask for a cup. It was BAZAAR! My onion rings were so overly salted that I couldn’t eat them and I like salt! It was sad and I suspect they must not have good management at this location.
