Tried to use my Habit App but wouldn't work. Staff was excellent in resolving the issue. But order wasn't correct but I caught it before I left. Staff again stepped up and fixed the issue. Hamburger was delicious, onion rings a little over done! Will try again!

Tried to go through the drive through. It is only for orders from their app now. They did let us order , after we pulled to the window to get a paper menu? No menu on the old order board. Then it took over 15 minutes to get our order. Burgers are good. But not good enough for the hassle. Probably not going back.

They recently switched to eliminating drive-through orders and now only accept mobile app orders. I find this decision extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Not everyone can get out of their car, and not everyone has a smartphone or wants to download an app just to place a simple order. Forcing customers to share personal information and go through extra steps defeats the purpose of a convenient drive-through. This change shows a lack of consideration for customer needs and accessibility. Very disappointing decision, and I will not be returning.

Okay, Habit burgers are probably my favorite fast food burgers. That being said, very stupid decision to get rid of the drive thru order. We pulled up at 9:47 PM on a Monday night. They told us at the intercom we had to order through the app. So we started to do that, but it turns out there were no “pick up time slots” left. We sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes trying to order through both the app and the website, neither would work. Mind you, the workers inside were already cleaning up more than 30 minutes before closing time. They literally told us when we pulled up they closed at 10:30. It was 9:45! The employees were also unwilling to help us in any way other than telling us “maybe try deleting the app”. They couldn’t even take our order through the window even after they knew we couldn’t place an order on the app, so maybe you should have someone there like a manager to be able to do that. So after 25 minutes of no progress we just left and went to In N Out instead. Habit, get it together and stop screwing over your customers, the people who keep your business running. I won’t be returning to this Habit until the drive thru ordering comes back.

I enjoy the the chicken club. The chicken is good quality, and the avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, and toasted bread are great together. All very fresh tasting. I've never had anything else so I can't vouch for other menu items.

Poor business decision to cancel the drive-thru option! Not all of us have time to order ahead. Won't be on my top places to stop by on the fly anymore :(

This is one of my favorite burger places. I was super excited that the came to Surprise/Prasada and have taken every opportunity to visit when I have the chance.

Today was so disappointing, their drive-thru is no longer an actual drive-thru! Now you can only use this option if you have pre-ordered online or using their mobile app.

They no longer have a drive through. It’s only for online orders. Very inconvenient. It’s hard enough to get someone to take your order inside, now you have to go online and order. Very unsafe if you’re out and about running errands. So you now have to park, order online, and then get into line to order. What a joke

Since when is the drive thru mobile orders only? New thing? Okay, so I go in and instantly asked if I had a mobile order. I say no and am greeted with a roll of the eyes from the manager on duty. The person over the intercom laughed at us when we said okay about drive thru being mobile only. Not sure these kids are who you want representing this location. I'm okay with it being mobile only but two weeks ago we placed an order in drive thru with zero hassle. Stop with the apps, I cannot drive and order. The time it takes me to park pull up the app. I could have placed my order at the intercom.
