When you are training do so with regards to fox cost. The trainer wasted soup much food. There normal bar tenders don't, and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth to seed good wasted for no reason. Have the food available on the side. We don't need a while order of cows extra when you just want guava or queso, you will save $ the normal bartender knows this and she is good.

Wanted to try some good tacos, hands down Torchy’s delivered. Fresh, delicious! I tried the Swinger taco, it’s a limited time one, with Al pastor, pineapple, cilantro, and avocado sauce, tasted fresh and the flavors complimented each other well. The queso was also delicious however it came out a little cold, but they had only been open for an hour, so no judgement there (: it was still yummy!

Torchy's is amazing! We love Torchy's! The food is delicious! The workers are so nice! We've made friends with Ervin, the guy at the register. He is efficient and knows what he is doing! (He deserves a raise!) Abby is also nice. Jazzlynn was very helpful and friendly. There is also a nice guy with a red shirt at the bar and an Emily that was sweet. :) The prices are reasonable compared to the amount of food you get! :) Try this place if you haven't yet!!

I guess I should’ve read the comments before coming here. I had a rather simple order chips and guacamole, chips and salsa and chips and queso and then a bowl. We got everything except the chips. No chips whatsoever. Not sure how you can forget those when you don’t even have to make them. I’m sure they are out a bag. Anywho, hope this helps someone from wasting time and money.

It seems that every visit to this establishment leaves me feeling let down. My son likes the food for some reason so we stop by from time to time but never again. Just yesterday, I placed an order through their mobile app and encountered several issues. To begin with, I ordered the trailer park taco with two items, one being lettuce, yet they only included one—completely forgetting the other. I also tried the new swinger taco; while the flavor was promising, I had to spit out half of it because it was simply inedible. There's no justification for this, especially when I'm paying $5-$6 for a taco—at that price, I expect everything to be edible. The main issue here appears to be the use of subpar meats, which is evident in the quality. Instead, they charge premium prices for tacos filled with nothing but fat and gristle. If you're seeking quality, I would recommend steering clear of this place.

I love Torchys, but this location is special. Ervin is our favorite human to see at the register. He makes us feel good, makes us smile, and is absolutely a big reason why we keep coming back. When no one knows what they want to eat-seeing Ervin makes the decision easy! The food is always excellent, restaurant is always clean/well-decorated, and bathrooms clean/stocked.

I’m no stranger to Torchy’s (discovered it in Houston right before I moved to the valley almost ten years ago), so I was excited to see it make its way out west. The food was great, but beyond that the staff was friendly and very kind. My partner forgot to nix an ingredient on his tacos (which was our fault) and the server offered to remake the tacos. The manager, Nic, built some rapport with us and noticed our chips were pretty small pieces for much of the tray, and offered to bring us new ones, which was completely unexpected. Nic was also all over the place — from bussing tables, to behind the bar or register, an then in and out of the kitchen, and he still found time to talk to us and make sure our experience was exemplary. We’ll definitely be back, but probably choose this location over the central Phoenix one because of this experience. Thanks again, Nic and staff!

My food was not it. I ordered the steak burrito and couldn’t even eat it. It was mainly nerves and fat. Really disappointed. Do not recommend at all. Salsa is good though.
