not so good tonight. son picked up order and did notice the white chocolate one was not white. disappointed with the order tonight
Jessica the Manager is rude. She really needs to brush up on her customer service skills. I went thru the drive thru today, didn't get any kind of Hello. honestly she is just rude. Crazy that she's the manager there! It was my first and last time going to Tropical Smoothie.
I thought that the ordering online was for curbside pick up, as I pulled up I noticed that there were absolutely no direction as to how.... no “I’m here” button on the website, no designated parking, so I was like okay I’ll just run in super quick get my food I ALREADY PAID FOR.
