This location has gone down by ALOT!! Use to go every week. But now you have to wait over ten minutes by the intercom, another twenty minutes by the window for one smoothie. They don’t acknowledge that you’re there until you say something. This location needs a seriously good manager!!😡

It would be nice to get a your welcome when you tell an employee thank you and a little eye contact wouldn't kill you kids to look at your customers in the face... at least.

Drive thrus are supposed to be fast, so tell me why I was stuck there for at least 10 minutes minimum. Don't get me started on the woman on the speaker being rude. Was just trying to get a fun drink before running errands, but this made me run out of time to do that.

Placed order via app…. Get there wait over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Food ready, smoothies are not even though I’m 20 minutes later than estimated pick up time. Ok fine they are busy not a big deal.
3 people working completely understaffed and clearly all 3 employees are on the edge of a breakdown. None of the employees had a clue where my drinks were at. Then they were out of the stuff to make one of the smoothies, can’t get a refund until tomorrow when I contact the manager because I used the app? Used Apple Pay? Idk. Not clear why I couldn’t get a refund when they didn’t have what I ordered. Disappointed. Frustrated. Shouldn’t have to chase down a refund.

I have never been so disappointed over a smoothie. This is the second time I have ordered the same smoothie and both times were sad. The Avocolada was terribly blended with chunks of fruit and ice. I had to go home and add more flavor and blend more. Second time, I asked for a better blend and sure it’s blended, but The color is not vibrant and it is tasteless like pure ice. Surprise location 1 star out of 10. Arrowhead location 8 out of 10. Gilbert location 10 out of 10. I know what a good Avocolada smoothie is. It isn’t here sadly.
Sat there for 30 minutes for an order from my mom that they said they would have ready by the time I got there. They weren’t even busy and played the absolute worst pop music at full volume the whole time.
Ordered via app for pickup at 8:10 am. Arrive and the store was still not open for the day. Open sign on. Music on. Door locked. No smoothie. Please do better.
I ordered food online and when I arrived it was ready and hot. The employee saw I was by myself and offered to help me or at least re package the order to make it easier for me. Definitely above and beyond service. The place was clean and I hope that the one going in near my house is just as great!
Hi im new to this place but very good and very nice they are really turning around they mean well im happy there is a place like this to come on days when you can eat or just want healthy options then ice cream bring the kids and your love and if there is a issue you can reach out they will fix it

They will leave your items on the counter while they make new items by the time u get it it'll be more loose than.

So make sure after they finish making it it just doesn't sit by the cash register.:(

After waiting quite awhile to have two açaí bowls made, the açaí was a frozen block of ice which took about 40 minutes to defrost. Also the peanut butter drizzle on top which is $1.50 extra each you couldn’t even see the peanut butter in either one. When I called to let them know, To maybe pass on to the manager… The girl working there said they are frozen like that and then said these girls here… these workers are pretty bad …and was giggling laughing and then hung up on me. I even assured the staff member it wasn’t her fault and maybe it’s protocol and if she could pass it on I would appreciate it. Definitely the worst açaí bowl we have had and for $25 the customer should have an edible bowl.

I originally gave this place 5 stars but can no longer. The smoothies are very good, but the last handful of times that we’ve come here they’ve gotten my husbands food completely wrong every time. He doesn’t order anything outside the box, just a Chicken, bacon ranch, hold the ranch. Most of the time they completely forget his bacon, and that’s one of the main ingredients. He asks for no ranch/no sauce and they give him some random sauce that doesn’t even come on the sandwich. Employees definitely need to be trained better or held to a standard of, at the very least, reading the receipt. When you are spending $30+ on a meal for two, you expect to get what you ordered.
