I just read another review about the service and closing time. I took my nieces this evening and at 743pm there were cold pretzels left over. When I asked the worker she admitted that they’d been sitting for a while. My niece had her hopes up so I purchased a bag of the mini pretzels. I paid $15 dollars because I purchased a drink also. You’d think because they weren’t fresh she would have given me a discount. But that wasn’t the worst part. There was another worker who looked upset that we even walked in and she went on to talk about us in Spanish not knowing that my Niece is Hispanic and understood everything she said. I will never ever go back to this location. I’m usually pretty fair with forgiveness with these types of situations but this experience left a permanent bad taste in my mouth. And lastly, neither one of the workers spoke to us when we walked in, they were very obviously irritated that we came in so close to closing.

The pretzel bites were dry and not tasty. They honestly make way more than they serve so maybe only go on a Saturday when they are fresher.

Saw an instagram post about this new “restaurant” Twisted by Wetzels. Yeah don’t get it twisted is right! What a disappointment! The hotdog didn’t even remotely look like the one advertised and there was no such ice cream there at all. It’s like a sad version of a mall kiosk store.

This is the best place for hot, yummy pretzels and tables to sit down and enjoy. Bright cherry vibe and so clean! We are weekly regulars. They always have a good variety of ready-to-go pretzels, served with a smile and great customer service.
Manager, Carissa and baker Martha are an awesome team! We appreciate how kind they are to our son with autism who takes a bit more time to place his order using his voice output app on his iPhone. They always make him feel so welcomed and respected. Hope management recognizes their efforts as it’s because of them that we look forward to visiting every week!

hello there just wanted to say that as we were eating tonight 9/21/2024 @730 the tall dark skinned bearded employee who was making the dough was washing dishes and when finished went back to making the dough, all wearing the same set of gloves... that's disgusting and basic food service 101 that you wash hands and change gloves!!!
smh, this man needs to retake the food service health test immediately

I went in today and it was hot. The AC was not working and the poor workers in there are working in the back where it’s already hot. I will be contacting the health department as well. In NO CIRCUMSTANCES should any employee be working like that. With the AC being off even with warmers how do you know if food is up to temp. This is UNACCEPTABLE…..

Myyyy Fav! I love this place! Hot fresh and ready to get on the go! And let's not forget the variety! Omg! From lil pigs in a blanket to the pizza bites. They have what you're looking for! I could eat them everyday! An a fresh lemonade to wash it down. YES PLEASE!

Staff is incredibly rude! Sweeping around our feet and flipping chairs to signify they’re closing an hour and a half before they actually closed. About 20 minutes before close, they shut off the lights on us and told us “We’re closing soon.” As people were still coming in and ordering.
As I went in tonight, there was a young lady behind the register handling food and cross contaminating everything. I mean everything hands all over pretzels with sugar and did not one time to change her gloves. She was handling the register getting online orders, getting drinks, and I had to stop her and tell her did she know what she did behind the counter and cross contaminate everything so me and one another customer Asked her to change her gloves twice, will never go back , there was no supervision or no care, handling food and concerned about other people

It wasn't very pleasant ordering. I feel like the lady didn't understand my order. When I paid and got all my order, I looked at it confused because there was an extra drink. Looked at receipt and yep sure enough I got charged for the drink. I only wanted two slushy drinks and one soda. But I had four drinks total and was charged for it. The pretzels weren't all that good.
