hello there just wanted to say that as we were eating tonight 9/21/2024 @730 the tall dark skinned bearded employee who was making the dough was washing dishes and when finished went back to making the dough, all wearing the same set of gloves... that's disgusting and basic food service 101 that you wash hands and change gloves!!!
smh, this man needs to retake the food service health test immediately

Bought these tonight and when we got home all were burned . Even taking the burned part off it still tasted burned . You can see it , it's not like the workers couldn't see it! Had to throw them away !

My first time enjoying my pretzel was a few weeks ago Sat. Morning when they opened. My pretzel was freshly made and delicious. My next trip was Ike 4.00 in the afternoon and the pretzels were hard on the bottom from sitting in the case.

Original Pretzel was pretty good, Pretzel bites not so much, definitely order the Pretzel over the bites. Sauce was a complete rip off, tiny little container for 1.95 each, what a joke. Pizza sauce was bland, cheese sauce was not technically a sauce, cheese paste. Interior is lame.
