We have been ordering from US pizza for some time now and have always enjoyed the pizza and wings. Recently, we have had multiple orders in a row that have been missing items. Today, the wrong sauce was on the wings we ordered. When we reached out to get this corrected, we were told by Slice that the store would not authorize this and we needed to drive the wings to the store in order to get our order corrected. We then called the store directly and the manager asked, \"How many have you eaten? Be honest.\" They are working on sending the correct wings out, but want the other wings back - I hope they aren't planning on serving them to someone else. We will be finding a different pizza place from here on out. Poor customer service.

The food is good and the employees are awesome. I scored Service low because the last time I was there I was charged a 4% service fee for using my debit card...I'm very disappointed that they are doing that and will not be going back unless they stop charging that fee. ?

It's just a little too casual for us. Seemed like a jack of all foods and a master of none.People were nice. Some were hard to understand, and others unskilled for the job.My darling liked the pizza but I like the thin crust. Nana use to say... a girl can't be too thin or too rich. Amen to that! She also said... just get married to the Dr, and then you don't have to do that anymore.

So my wife and I order here all the time. Recently we got back from vacation and wanted to order some pizza and wings to be delivered. We ordered through Door Dash. Well our pizza never came. We contacted door dash and they said that there was nothing they could do not even refund our money back. ($58 by the way. We contacted US pizza and spoke with Adolpho. To make a long story short this man made everything right. He understood the problem with dealing with DoorDash and apologized for the incident. He also gave a store credit for what we ordered. The next day we were able to order in use our credit and Adolfo was a delight to work with. This man operates his business with honesty and integrity. Because of this we will continue to do business with them and support this local pizza shop. On top of all that give me a really good pizza and wings along with a lot of other options on their menu.

Ordered pizza on Dec 26 at 7:35 pm they were not busy at all. Got 4 toppings which were all good but the thin crust was doughy and a little soggy underneath. Some spots looked raw. Big disappointment. The pizza didn’t have a lot of flavor. You could taste a lot of the sauce which was way too sweet. Maybe they are using too much of it which caused the crust to get saggy and seem undone. Also not much flavor over all even with 4 toppings. It was pretty bland, like no flavor. Maybe they could upgrade their cheese and pepperoni. However the price was good for the size and friendly customer service. Maybe it was an off night. Will try one more time

I placed an order last night for my church for our Pastor Appreciation Celebration today & everything was delicious. The manager Aldolpho accommodated us really well, everything arrived on time, & our congregation really loved it. We will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for 10 years. The owner is a good dude and takes care of his customers! Wings are literally #1. We usually get pizza and wings and his Mexican food is delicious as well We usually get a smothered bean and cheese burrito as well. Waitresses are always in a good mood and pleasant. I have never had a bad experience here! They are usually pretty busy on Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays like any other pizza joint. Hands down my favorite spot !

Great pizza! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza here was. There were 5 of us and we got the monster 24in pizza and boy was it frickin huge! There were enough left overs for all of us. Great pricing here too. The only negative experience we had was the service wasn't the best. The server forgot our appetizer order and our drink orders. We complained to another waitress and she was nice enough to comp us the missed orders. Other than that, great experience.

We order from this restaurant all the time but were really disappointed with our most recent order. We spent about $70 in food, including tip. When we received our food (two separate orders to two different houses), the smell of the food and particularly the lettuce in the salads was rotten smelling. We called the restaurant to let the manager know that we had received food that was inedible and had to be thrown out. The manager was rude to both me and mother when we expressed our concern. He said he made the salads and then accused us of leaving them outside too long… this wasn’t the case, the orders were brought in right away. We hadn’t asked for a refund or anything, we just wanted to bring attention to the matter, however management handled it very poorly.
We enjoyed our eat in experience. We had just gone to the movies and were hungry for dinner. We were seated quickly and if we had questions they were answered with ease. Our drinks were filled again before they were empty and there were at least 5 other tables with just 1 waiter. He did amazing and we loved our food. Will definitely be back soon!
