We got a chili releno and white pizza delivered and ingredients it was sooooo good! Loved it, I even ate it later reheated in the oven and still really good! The chili releno was really delicious and I loved using the complimentary chips to scoop it up

Just picked up an order hoping things had changed after not visiting for a few years ... nope.. back on the banned list ... Ordered 2 sandwiches a meatball sub and a phili cheese steak .. pretty straightforward you would think. The phili is bone dry, chopped into burnt bits and then over covered in too much seasoning. The meatball sub was also dry. Both orders of included fry's are cold oil soaked and over cooked. Staff were very nice so that's one positive thing .. the only positive thing

If I could I would give them a MINUS 10 I had a pizza delivered last night at 8:30 pm it was burnt on top wasn't edible I spent over $60 for this order Called them they said they couldn't do anything about it

I ordered a white pizza (fresh tomato, garlic, mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, olive oil) and an order of fried zucchini and fried mushroom. The staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered it to go and waited in the dining room for the order to be ready. Preparation was fast and one of the staff members brought it out and called me. The zucchini and mushrooms were fried perfectly and quite tasty with the included ranch dressing. The pizza was particularly good with just the right amount of garlic. I appreciate that they have a white pizza on the menu. It's my favorite and a lot of places don't have it. US Pizza is now my go-to place for white pizza.

So wife ordered pizza with pepperoni and mushroom and wings with extra stuff like marinara sauce, garlic, butter, ranch. We ordered this threw a third party called slice. What we got was pepperoni pizza with anchovy and lots and lots of ranch. No marinara sauce no garlic sauce. Us pizza refused to fix the problem. Not their problem they say. Call the third party they told me. I called third party and they told me they refuse to refund the money cause it shows in their system that they got it right. ? So 57 bucks for large pizza and 25 wings with extra ranch ???? Doesn't add up. But both places showed 100 percent that they didn't care. So never again will we use us pizza or third party. Disputed this threw the bank. Finger crossed I get my money back and dinner ruined.

24" special is a heck of a deal. Pizza is very good , the wings are too. Very friendly staff and the place is clean. I recommend if you haven't tried it yet.

I have been going to US Pizza for years. I received a coupon on the cover of the Clipper Magazine and called in an order for pickup. The lady on the phone tells me "We dont take coupons" I tell her I just got one in the mail. She says, " We dont take coupons. It must be an old ad" I tell fer it says September 2023 on the coupon. "We dont take coupons" So I order anyway figuring I'll show them the coupon when I pick up the pizza. I go to pick them up and show them the coupon and you guessed it, she says "We dont take coupons" Never again. Too many other pizza places in town

My family and I came here to dine in for dinner on a Friday night. Not the least bit busy in the dining area. Their phone on the other hand was busy taking in orders , which I took it as a good sign. Service was good with our order taken right away and cups never going empty. We ordered an XL pepperoni and sausage pizza with 25 bone in wings. We were told, ahead of time that our Pizza would take about :25. It was well worth the wait though. Wings were finger licking good and the Pizza nice an hot. Filling the 3 of us up with just a lil extra to take home. What more could ya ask for?!
We have been ordering from US pizza for some time now and have always enjoyed the pizza and wings. Recently, we have had multiple orders in a row that have been missing items. Today, the wrong sauce was on the wings we ordered. When we reached out to get this corrected, we were told by Slice that the store would not authorize this and we needed to drive the wings to the store in order to get our order corrected. We then called the store directly and the manager asked, \"How many have you eaten? Be honest.\" They are working on sending the correct wings out, but want the other wings back - I hope they aren't planning on serving them to someone else. We will be finding a different pizza place from here on out. Poor customer service.

Food is decent but delivery/customer service is terrible. We asked for the wings to be extra crispy with sauce on the side. Of course that didn't happen so the non extra crispy wings were very soggy by the time we got them. Also, the driver took a fast and furious corner causing the toppings on both pizzas to slide off. Once called, we were told she'll have a talk with the cook and she'll someone to come get all the food. In a city with so many pizza joints, this will be our last time ordering from here.

The food is good and the employees are awesome. I scored Service low because the last time I was there I was charged a 4% service fee for using my debit card...I'm very disappointed that they are doing that and will not be going back unless they stop charging that fee. ?

It's just a little too casual for us. Seemed like a jack of all foods and a master of none.People were nice. Some were hard to understand, and others unskilled for the job.My darling liked the pizza but I like the thin crust. Nana use to say... a girl can't be too thin or too rich. Amen to that! She also said... just get married to the Dr, and then you don't have to do that anymore.

Second review. First was five star. Ordered last night, quoted 1 hour for delivery, was over 30 minutes late. Taco salad was good. Pizza was not hot. They forgot the wings. Called and they sent them out, took another hour. You missed the mark this time, in a big way.
