The ladies behind the counter were super nice and welcoming, and gladly offered to give me the “tour” of the options.
I got the cheesecake “cupcakes”. The reason I say these are expensive for what they are is because there is nothing different about these cheesecakes other than they substituted erythritol instead of sugar. Every other ingredient is the same, and erythritol isn’t very expensive at all. And they didn’t use all that much, as the cheesecake isn’t very sweet at all. I’d prefer more sweetness. And they are small… the size of a cupcake and you only get 2 for $16. Cute, and still tasty, but pricey.
I most likely will not be back, personally, but I can always recommend this place to those looking for a much healthier and tasty option.

This was our first visit and I was able to speak with the owner on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and understanding! The women working the counter were extremely helpful in explaining what everything was! We bought a little of everything and so far, we love it!! I appreciate the owner so much, for creating a perfect place for both celiac and type one diabetic customers! My family and I have been struggling trying to find the perfect place for our celiac friendly and type one carb friendly baked needs, and we found out forever spot!! Highly recommend and we will be returning!

My husband and I decided we wanted to eat healthier and hopefully lose some pounds. We found this gem called Valley Keto. First time in we got to meet the owner. She was so friendly. She explained what everything was and what was in it. She gave us samples of which we ended up buying. We did get the chicken and bacon lasagna and it was soooo good!! The lemon scones were so flavorful! We also got the hatch chile bagels and they were so good warmed up! We did not try the keylime cheesecake or the cinnamon muffin which we will try next time! We will definitely be going back!

The place didn't smell well but ordered anyway. You can't sample anything or you would never order once tasting. Everything is packaged in multiples and expensive. I couldn't eat the blueberry muffins just bad, the scones are incredibly dry so have water near by or you may choke, the lasagna was OK but I could make better at home as it wasn't worth the price.

I love the lemon poppy seed muffins, their fudge is phenomenal and the Peppermint Silk muffins are divine. Great customer service! Friendly staff! I'll certainly be back.
