This is an excellent place to go for a sweet treat without all the guilt. Their muffins are excellent, and the staff is super knowledgeable. But just a warning - if you are used to the sugary stuff this will not appease your sweet tooth. It's better if you are already used to keto baking!

I’ve been here a few times thus far, and the food from what I’ve tried has been amazing. This place truly reminds you that just because you are on keto, food can still taste great. The dish I would consistently get is the chicken and spinach lasagna and it’s out of this world. If I’m feeling some sweets, I get there chocolate chip cookies, it comes with 6 and I like to microwave them and eating them makes me not even miss traditional cookies! From what I have tried, this is a high quality Keto bakery. The prices are on the higher side, but it’s more of a fault of the ingredients supporting this diet being super expensive. You can make this work on your budget depending on what you get tho!

I happened to find this place when o was in the area and I’m so glad I did! I am gluten sensitive and try to stay away from sugar. My son is allergic to dairy. I bought 2 breads to try, the cinnamon and the pumpernickel. Wow! The cinnamon was so good heated up with some dairy free butter along side my coffee. Yum! For the pumpernickel, I grew up eating it at parties with dill dip. I haven’t been able to have it in 20 years due to my stomach getting extremely sensitive to gluten. I was so excited to see this and I made some dill dip right away! The bread was so amazing, it brought me right back to my childhood! I made a big bowl of dip so I’ll have to go buy at least another loaf if not 2! So good! They were so nice there too, taking the time to explain everything to me. I plan on trying lots more items from their menu!

I recently ordered from this bakery, and while I was excited to find a keto-friendly option in the neighborhood, my experience was very disappointing.
First, the items I picked up were not what I was expecting. The portions were extremely small—much smaller than anticipated—and definitely not worth the price. For what I paid, I expected at least a decent-sized muffin, but these were tiny and more like smaller-sized cupcakes.
What made it worse is that the items were frozen—not freshly made. There was no indication of how long they’d been frozen, and frankly, that’s concerning. To top it all off, I found a hair inside one of the containers with the small muffins, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, I can’t recommend this place. The products aren’t fresh, the portions are too small for the price, and the quality control is clearly lacking. This is just my honest opinion and what I personally experienced.
The chicken bacon lasagna is so good. The coconut cream pie is amazing and the cheesecake is delicious. Love this bakery and will definitely be visiting weekly to stock up. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Get real like $12 for six stale cookies that were in the refrigerator. I asked the lady at the counter if I could mix a match she abruptly said no. I was expecting the keto flavor not to be so great but stale and cold. I don’t think so.

I wish there were more hours and more days they were open... I love this place. I moved up here one month ago and I bought the place out. I litterally walked int here adn bought one of everything even if I did not know I would like it. Bagels, brownies, individual meals, ingrediants to cook my own, premade and freezer products, I am still feasting on some items and I cannot say enough about this place it is amazing. I wish I could narrow it down and say what my favorite is but there is not one item I like more than the other and while I have still not tried everything, I plan on going back for more. These ladies were extremely helpful and I loved that they took so much time and effort to help me purchase all the things I wanted to try as I explore Keto. If you are keto great and if you just want healthy options and want to try something different /new, go here and belly up to the bar. Renegade coffee sells their products in Mesa. more places should carry these items. They are delicious. now go get some!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Valley Keto. I own several assisted living homes in the area and we really push low-carb meals on our residents. Valley Keto helps us out so much and makes even treats that are very low carb and low sugar. If you are looking to eat healthier, I can't think of a better place to go to help you transition from the standard American diet and into the low-carb lifestyle than Valley Keto!
