Ordered 2 10pc nuggets because of a deal in app. They literally HID 5 spicy under 5 regular nuggets. I'm assuming they didn't have enough regular ones. You can tell the spicy ones from the regular because the spicy ones are LITERALLY ORANGE !!! I cannot handle spice. I'm so mad. This is not the first time this place has done this to me. When I called they put me on hold. I called again 10 minutes later and told them they never came back from the hold, she screamed at me, "Yeah, I'm still busy!" then hung up on me. I am pissed and so mad because Wendy's USED to be my favorite fast food place. Last time for me. I'm done unless you get some new staff.

Wendy's was clean and light. The employees were friendly. But, the quality of the hamburger has really gone down over the years! I felt like I was at, well... very greasy and sloppy! Too much mayo on my husbands burger. Too much ketchup on mine. Not much for bacon either! Not what I remember it being!

Every single time these workers can't count to 4. The nuggets are always missing at least 1. It's 4 pieces! We ordered a total of 20 nuggets and we only received 11. Not even joking. I'm done with this location for good. Learn how to count, use your fingers for guidance

I like places where the staff aren't afraid to share a joke! Person taking the order had a sense of humour, food was good, restaurant was clean. Plus it's just down the road from home!
I’m really annoyed that I had to drive all the way back because they forgot to put my burger in the bag , not only did they mess up my take out for dining in they forgot my burger, then to come home and eat non fresh cold fries , maybe if they was paying attention instead of chatting they would get there job done right, this isn’t the first time I had a issue but first time I’m saying something about it .$22 for a meal and not fresh smdh

Worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. My burger was so undercooked it was still cold in the center when I bit into it. Had to drive back there and ask for the manager 2 times. When she came up she didn't seem to care. Staff was highly unprofessional cussing and doing whatever in the back. Would not recommend this location.

I came by at 12:09am and they close at 1:00am. I was advised by a Mia that they are only taking mobile orders. I asked why they are open until 1:00am then I’d they don’t take drive through orders. All of a sudden they could take my order. I said no thank you, we’ll go somewhere who wants our business. As I drove away, a young female was in the window playing on her phone! My daughter was so hungry coming back from the ER and all she wanted was Wendy’s! Thanks
