To the person who took my order, who didn’t listen, and messed it up, to the person who when I got to the drive thru that kept trying to give me a frosty that I kept telling him I didn’t order nor want, to was so RUDE to me, then said something offensive towards me and kept arguing about my order when he got it wrong, who said curse words to me as I’m driving off. I tried calling and the phone didn’t go through. I will get your name and go to corporate and let them know what people they are hiring and being nasty to all the elderly people who live near there. I will never go to this Wendy’s again. It should be shut down.

There is always long wait whether I order there, online I can't seem to get the "fast" from fast food. Staff are monotone and rude. Online Delivery is messed up but still charges. I would avoid this location at all cost.

THIS STORE IS FULL OF TWEEKERS! PLEASE HIRE SOME REAL EMPLOYEES! I’m a doordasher and I practically had to go behind the damn counter myself to put 2 cookies in a bag and grab two lemonades. I’m sorry but if you can not function in society you don’t deserve to have a job! This Wendy’s is a joke.

This place is 50-50. I went on to order as the mobile app wasn't working.. it took 20 minutes before I got my order, which was just one item, a Dave's single. About 10 minutes went by and a lady comes out and yells "I'm making sandwiches as fast as I can". There were only 2 people ahead of me. When I finally got my order it was missing tomatoes and had the mini patty on it. A take out order so wasn't going to go back and go through the hassle again.

Is this what you call a order of baconater fries? Burger is cold and didn’t even give me the right order because I’m 13. I’m not stupid people. Maybe you should realize how that when I order a Dave’s single, I just want the sandwich and not the meal. They gave me the meal and I asked for the sandwich and they gave me the meal with no drink. Just charged extra on my moms card too. This is not acceptable at a place that is supposed to have MOM’s cooking.

Against my better judgement, I gave this Wendy's another chance, just because it was convenient and I was very hungry.I was pleased to see that they had a fish sandwich, so I ordered a combo. Cost @ $11.When I sat down to eat, I poured the fries onto my tray and realized they were unusually thin. They appeared to be overcooked, and about a third of them were either dark brown, or hard as a rock. I separated those out and took a picture, if anyone's interested. I then looked at my fish sandwich. It also was an extremely thin fillet, and it also seemed overcooked. I bit into it and confirmed that it was very hard and tough on the outside and tasted very oily. If I hadn't been short on time and very hungry, I would have returned this entire meal and demanded a refund. Regrettably, I ate it, with the exception of the inedible fries.I took the fries to the counter, showed them to the cashier, and told him the fish was also overcooked and terrible. He brought another worker to look at them. She said everything was cooked on a timer, and that's just the way it was. But, she said she would mention it to the owner. I left, still hungry, and disgusted. What I got for my $11 meal was a bad case of indigestion.I understand inflation. I understand downsizing portions and upsizing prices. But, I also know that, when reducing cooking volume, heat and cooking time usually also need to be reduced. That clearly didn't happen here!I also understand that in retail business, repeat business is essential. That clearly is not going to happen here, either.I've been a loyal and satisfied Wendy's customer for fifty years. I've depended them for good and efficient service, quality food, correctly prepared, and delivered at a reasonable price. I was cheated at this Wendy's, and I will not return here.Parking: Loads of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, and the bathroom was clean.

Always just a bunch of young teens laughing and playing around as you go to the window. This time my sodas had no ice and I was missing a fry. I asked for sauces and he says "sure, I got you", then turns around grabs my bag, adds NO sauces and hands to me. His co worker laughs. I was in the drive thru with no extra time so I just left. I'd rather save my energy and just report to corporate. The manager clearly has no expectations.
