11/29/2025 around 11 PM. I asked the manager if the fries were fresh. I immediately heard him swearing and complaining under his breath. I called him out on it, and his aggression was totally unhinged and way past normal.
This guy is a manager but acts like he's never talked to a person before. How is this idiot in charge? He's straight up swearing at customers over a fry question. Terrible service. Stay away.

The store is now charging for dipping sauce and limit what comes with the meal. It costs a few cents for a dipping sauce yet this franchise wants to charge .55¢ per sauce. McDonald’s tried this and got a lot of kickback and ultimately reversed its position. Stop supporting stores that hike up their food prices and then get petty enough to over charge for sauce. Btw. Extra sauce cups are only .50 cents. So the extra 5¢ is just this particular store trying to literally nickel and dime you to death. I don’t need a ton of sauce but if I order a chicken sandwich I like at least one free sauce to dip. And don’t get me started that they got rid of sweet and sour sauce.

Im not Dr. Seuss so imagine my surprise when I hit a bunch of raw bacon to find green eggs in my sandwich. Drive thru was not busy and yet I received poor quality food that could of put me in the hospital had I not paid attention.

So I'm not sure what's going on at this location but I sat in the drive-thru for a good 25 minutes Just picking up a mobile order I finally canceled the order but then when I drove around there wasn't much else to get so I came back and decided to do a mobile order but pick up in store and thought that everything would be really fresh since the drive-thru was so busy but no I get the food and the nuggets are all hard they're not even fresh The fries were soggy and kind of yucky. So it was just a bad experience altogether. And then to top it all off I park in the shade at the place just to eat the food and I notice that all the employees are taking all of the fronts parking spots I only know this because there was nobody in the store when I went in and I saw two employees come out and get in cars and leave. Why would your employees park right in the front spots where customers should be parking. Yeah not great. The frosty was good though.

We will not be returning here. Got my grandma a Chicken Cesar salad, when we got it home the cheese was melted from the heat of the chicken and the salad was warm. The chicken really should be put in a separate container so this doesn't happen. This morning she woke up with an upset stomach thanks a lot Wendy's! I was trying to please my 88 year old grandma by treating her to a wendy's salad....From now on i will make it myself so i know what she eats is good. So disappointed

Whoever answered the phone for me today is a real piece of work. There is a sign in front of the drive thru speaker advertising the new frosty toys and upon receiving my order, there were Mr potato head toys. I called to see if maybe there was a mistake and he proceeded to tell me they won’t have those toys for a week or so, but why have the sign out there? When I tried to explain the sign was misleading, he says “ok” and puts the phone down. Left me on the counter I guess, real professional buddy.

Love the food, but I’m genuinely terrified to order here because the older guy is so rude. He never has a smile on his face and is always so not willing to serve the customer as somebody who works in customer service and loves Wendy’s. This is very sad.

Service was fine, but im sorry 31$ for two burgers that are small.. and they we're super dry with no flavor, the frys tasted stale idk if I would go back tbh.
The young lady and gentlemen working at the cactus location this evening, and most evenings are phenomenal! I will get their names next time I go in, and update! They both have gotten to remember my online to go order!!! Happy to have such amazing service every single time. I've actually been very happy with my orders since moving here. They have just made it exceptional service! A rare find these days! Great job guys!
