This is my regular Wendy's. Never had a problem. They always get the order right and they seem to keep the drive thru line moving.

the server with the blue hair was very un helpful, rude, mad, and didn’t give us the right food. they put the wrong burger. but over all it was not a good experience for my first time.

Quality has diminished significantly over the past 6 or so months. I had thought it was due to time of day (I work late & often come near closing), and the store using up the last of the food. However, just got back with an order and have the same issues. The burger I got was room-temp cold; there was no warm center, no hint of heat. It hadn't even been in a heat lamp or the meat in steamer. And while the top bun seemed fairly normal, the bottom bun had clearly been exposed to air for quite a bit and was drying out on one side and getting hard.
I get it when I show up 30 minutes before close, but not at 4pm.
And just a friendly reminder to anyone who happens to read this: Burger King and Jack in the Box are both just a mile away from this Wendy's.

They almost always mess up my order. Sometimes I catch it before I leave the area, but most times I forget to check. Since they’re a 10 min drive I usually have to just deal with customer service app for fixes. Finally reviewing because today my chicken sandwich had no chicken… like how do you mess that up??

We won't be back to this location and the only reason we went there was because we had just left the movie theater so it was closest. To start with, the location was pretty empty other than the 3 cars that had been ahead of us in the drive thru. We ordered 3 medium combo meals and a sandwich by itself. Pretty simple order. When we got to the window we added 1 additional small fry. Simple math would tell you this amounts to 4 orders of fries. We pulled around & parked to check the order as we always do at all locations. We received 1 small fry in addition to the main items so we were missing 3 medium fries 🙄 my husband went in to get the missing fries and came out with 2 mediums & another small. He was so irritated at the lack of competency that he wasn't going to say anything else to them. Especially when the female supervisor yelled at a young kid for not checking our bags even though he wasn't working the drive thru where we received our food from. Very poor performance. Don't recommend.

I was robbed at this location so everyone knows.
I used the app to order from this location and got the pretzel baconator, i get my order and go home and notice that its just a regular baconator. (pretzel version 2$ more) I call and talk to the manager which was the lady who handed me my food / read the order as handing it to me. She instantly knew they don't do the baconator anymore at this location. So she offer me the difference back if i come back to get it.
I shouldn't have to go back when you already knew and looked me in the eye while reading the order and handing it to me. (guessing she made the order as well) Basically she robbed me and crossed her fingers i wouldn't say anything or come back. She knew from the get go this cost more and they didn't have it. But she charged me for it and handed it to me like it was what i ordered. I know its only 2$ people, its the purpose behind it that matters. This lady did this to me for a couple bucks I'm sure she'll keep doing it.

I never been here before, but judging from the reviews I think I can rest my case.
Every interaction with the manager is horrific. He’s rude, short & pushes you out of his line. He’s rude dishes the staff to take your order & get you out without any greeting, time to review or ask questions. Yesterday I asked him on one occasion to repeat my total & he snapped at me. Another time he was yelling at an employee while messing up a frosty handing it to my mom a dropping mess. Totally unprofessional & rude. We only go back because of the food.

Bad experience every time i go. Messing up food order and more worried about talking to their friends than helping a customer. Was at the desk for more than 5 mins trying to get help, just to be ignored.

Just got home, I order in the drive thru,they make me waited for a long time I was lessened thru the speaker like they were having a patty taking very loud all the workers in,, finally I order my food, I got home they forgit my drink the food was very cold is not fear, that you get the kind of service.
